GNDU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Nowadays we get the college admission through Jee exam unlike previously where we were given admission on the basis of boards exam,so I also prepared for the competitive exam and was able to get admission in GNDU amritsar Cse branch which is a good thing , cause in this branch we gain enough skills to get a job . This course help you get a job if you have enough skills,i gave my jee mains exam after boards and it was of 3 hours and quite difficult but a student who prepared for it can easily score.

My course is related to Software Development,and current era is of more and more enhancement in Softwares.More development in this field will grow roots of real world aplication Artificial Intelligence.All this makes m interested in opting thi s course .

I choose this course because it has the more scope for future requirenments of the company . In the real world my course mainly teaches software devlopment that help in more knowledge about computers.

The placement of this university department of computer engineering and technology is too good. The average package is around 6.3LPA and The highest package is around 44LPA. Here almost 80% students get placed easily during placement. The names of companies visited in this university are Wipro, Tcs, Accenture..

Campus placements starts from 3rd semester but i would suggest not to have high hopes for placements as there are little to no placements offered in the university and the pakages offered here are not that good. TCS, WIPRO, Z-SCALAR, SWIGGY, ZOMATO, HDFC, AKASH, these are few companies that have visited this campus. Companies dont make a good offer and very few people get placed in campus placements. I've no strict plans for future but i would try for offcampus placements.

We are eligible for the campus placements in the 3rd year but most of the opportunities which come are for the fourth year students and there is no amazon coming on campus for placement most of the offers are from the service based companies which do mass hiring the only high offering company which comes on campus is zscalar and all the offers shown are mostly from off campus made by the students on their own. Although the placement is there for students who do not have any backlog by service based companies as mentioned earlier.

The placements of this university cse department is overall good. The average package is around 6.3LPA and The highest package is around 44LPA which is from off campus placement. The placement and package of the students is totally depend on that students and his/her skills.

I know very well that the placement rate of this campus is very good. Almost 80% of the student are get placed every year. But every coin has two sides if i can't get placed by any reason then i was planned to gave a private test for job etc. Or open my business. In our campus when student complete 5 semester it was eligible for job interview. Many big company approach in our campus like Coca Cola, Nestle, mother dairy etc. The average package at starting is 5 lakh per year which was increase year by year. The highest package a student get is 12 lakh per year. The average percentage of students getting placement is 80% .

Placements are offered on the basis of youd skills the highest package was 44 lakhs per annum also it totally depends on your skills that jow much you can get....rest it all depends on your skills also avg package is approz 5 lpa

I don't know much about placements but I think placements are started typically in 6th to 7th semester the companies which visit our campus are tcs Amazon accenture Etcetera while there are outliers but I dont think so the companies which come on campus provide more than 12 lpa package the biggest package in our university was 45 lpa but it was off campus the mean package is I think 6 lpa
