Likes
- The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
- I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
- I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.
Dislikes
- The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
- Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
- The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Likes
- The infrastructure is the top level. The lecture classes are equipped with Projectors and ACs. The lab classes are equipped with requirements like computers, projectors etc. The campus infrastructure is lovely.
- As a South Indian, I am not good at speaking Hindi. Professors teach in english, which helps me to understand more better.
- There are less lectures , which allows us to focus on some other courses or preparation for any exams.
Dislikes
- There is relative grading system. The grades are given based on the highest marks of the class. Because of this system, I got low grades with better marks.
- There is no lift access to students . So we will have to use stairs.
- The ratio of girls : boys is 1 : 3, which can be improved for better balance.
Placement Experience:
The placement is the one of the strongest region in this college. From 6th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. From 4th semester,there is placement training program which makes students get ready for interviews, tests in placements. There are prominent companies who visited our college like Microsoft, Google, Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc. The highest package offered by a company is Rs. 54LPA and average placement is Rs.8LPA. 90% of eligible students gets placements. My plans after degree is to study MBA and get into entrepreneurship and business.

- CU University which is already so huge and still new buildings, hostels and infrastructure is being built to make it even better.
- Our college literally has a sports academy as besides the facilities there are locker rooms and coaches as well for each sports.
- Not just on academic front but our university propels us for for developing brain that can negate any situations that comes in life after college.
Dislikes
- Very big batch size and too crowded is CU University.
Placement Experience:
At CU we have invited Adobe, TCS, Wipro, LTI and Microsoft among others to come and join our college for placements. Even though there are around 4000 CSE students we still manage to get 2500 placed and that's the power of Chandigarh University.

- Our course is advanced and many foreign universities curriculum have been included in ours.
- Best companies comes to Chandigarh University for placements.
- Because here are students from various other universities, one can get to know many different cultures.
Dislikes
- Definitely the exams schedule as they are stretched till June end.
Placement Experience:
Microsoft, Cummins India and almost every tech management knows what Chandigarh University students brings to the table. Hence, it's not just about packages of placements but students get tk work in the dream companies that they have desired for.

- The best thing about college is its cultural diversity. Students from all around India study here and respect each other's culture
- Library of Cu are best . The central library in B1 block is fully equipped and it remains open late till 10 pm. Students can issue the book of their choice.
- College provides good exposure to students. Every month there are a number of workshops, seminars which are being held in every department
Dislikes
- Behavior of wardens and security guards. Parents are not allowed in the hostel , they are allowed only till reception area.
- Faculty is not that experienced . Most of them are graduates of Chandigarh university itself and they are least interested in teaching.
- Strict rules for attendance and leaves. Sometimes even students having genuine reason for leaves are not entertained

Course Curriculum Overview:
The CSE curriculm at Chandigarh University is well structured and it aims at providing real world practical knowledge to its students. The course provides exposure to emerging technologies . Within the curriculm there are courses like- Cloud Computing, Big Data Science, Mobile and Android Development, JAVA, Numerical Python , Cybersecurity etc. Exams are held at regular intervals to test the knowledge of students. Every month MST are held , they are of 20 marks and at the end final ESTs are held. Practical exams are also held

- If teacher got absent there is no free period a replacement will come on behalf
- in class there is not timepass studies teaches actually teaches
- campus is very beautiful you can 't bore of seeing it

- Time duration of the classes is very large
- the conditions of the classes are also not very good
- teacher give marks by biasness which is very wrong

placements in our college are 60 percent .Now new companies are coming after getting the reputation but still companies like google and microsoft are not in the list but companies like mahindra wipro tcs comes

- I like the Fest that CU conducts. It's so much fun and if you have any stress for exam then it will go away
- Some Teachers are so friendly I like them
- The Infrastructure of CU is good. The building and overall it's fine.
Dislikes
- Attendance system that you have to maintain 75%
- Sometimes gates close before 9:30 and because of that if we need the attendance then it slips from our hands
- The Guards of University are rude sometimes
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Top companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Capgemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was around 10 LPA and the average is 3-4 LPA. Around 70% of students get placed depending on the course and skill set. Most roles offered are in IT, software development, and business operations. After completing my degree, I plan to work for 1–2 years to gain experience and then pursue an MBA.

- there is good environment for those who are intersted in sports, art and culture like dance, music, comedy, mimicry, acting, fashion.
- students who are extremely good in sports and extra curricular are awrded 100% scholarship. the campus is also vibrant. Infrastructure is extremely good
- male to female ratio is almost equal. courses are designed well and teachers are also great here. Labs are well equipped with all the equipments of latest technology. more than one events occur here almost everyday. lots are opporunities are there.
Dislikes
- since the strength is too much...there is lots of rush for any placements.
- lots of exam take place frequently and complex grading system makes difficult for student to calculate internal marks.
- Tie up with foreign universities are not good. (Good foreign colleges are not tied up)

from 5th sem students bcome eligible for interns and from 7th sem they become eligible for placements.
around 750-800 ompanies come here. Microsoft/Google offers the highest package usually.
54.75 LPA was the highest domestic packge offered by palo alto. 1.4cr is the international highest package.
around 80% of those who want placements gets placed, rest who dont want placements often go for higher studies.
My plan is to get placed from college itself.

- Infrastructure is good. ACs are installed in almost 99% of the classes now.
- Provide good amount of opportunities for sports as well.
- Provide good opportunities for placement and other extra curricular activities.
Dislikes
- Relative grading feels much more tough here.
- Intakes a lot of students, therefore competition is very very high.
- A bit relaxation in time should be given to students
Placement Experience:
Studnets are eligible for campus placements from 6th semester. Companies like KPIT, TCS, LG, Play simple and many more companies come. Average package is around 5-6 lakhs with highest around 40 lakh. Approx 70% students get placed.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:
- Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
- A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
- Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
- The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
- As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
