Kanika library was the best thing i like about this institution. it is really great facility for students to read in a calm environment.
They are very helpful and student friendly with very good experiences and their mentorship is outstanding.
Maximum of th3 best ranking students get the placements at renowned companies like godrej bosch, hotachi, wipro, infosys, tcs, tata, mahindra etc.

Dislikes

Bad environment in night time and bad student in our side
The drainage system is very poor. In rainy season its very difficult to move in the campus.
The hostel food is not so great, many changes needs to be done.

A better place to study

Likes

Better place to study having good environmental clear and suitability
Having all kind off facility kanika libary central libary and e resources
Better teacher having good bounding with student and help a lot in every moment

Dislikes

Some occasions were held by senior student no involvement
Gym should have more equipment for student's only basic equipment are availability
All gate were not open total 5 gate were there but only 1 gate was open

The top course is provided in university and it have a good placements case base study and proper class with industrial visiting in a year for more understand of the natur and assignments were given as per the field visit

A perfect campus and suitable college

Likes

It has better placement and a proper environment to study best experience teacher were best teaching skill and also helpful they were .
College have a Play ground indoor and outdoor gym for all also all equipment were there what ever needed .
It also have 86 percentage placement and highest placement 16 lakh per annum .

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about the college as all the things were there
In some face students were more included in every function which I do not think good less involvedmemt of teachers .

Ravenshaw university provide better placement of 86% students were placed more then 10% have taken higher studies and rest do not get placement students get internship from 3 semister and the placement were provided by college from 5 semester the most company who give the placement were tata motors,jindal steel and icici offered placement under the course highest package was 16 lakh and minimum was 6 lakh .

Likes

Good Number of events are organised in our university
Good facilities for Teaching Management for students
We have to Much Ground for playing sports

Dislikes

People are allowed from outside the campuses
Not giving hostel to Self Financially Students
Too much events are organised in every months

After the 4 semester you are eligible for the campus placements. Deloitte is the most companies visito till now in my college , I think over six thousands students get the offers made we need 60 % above for getting placements

Life of Ravenshaw University student

Likes

Very good environment around the campus and enjoyable.
There are many activities and events for students to be engage and productive, feels very lively.
Indoor and outdoor space are available for multi purpose sports.

Dislikes

Hostel are not provided for self financing courses.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements offered by the company. Deloitte, TCS, and multiple private banks and many other companies are visited. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue MBA.

Good government University

Likes

The faculty was highly supportive and cooperative
The placement were average, but the professors helped us a lot
The campus is good and peaceful, with many extra curriculum activities

Dislikes

The timing for the classes were not suitable
The placement was not upto the mark, the average was 2.5LPA
The management was the most insane in this university, least bothered about the students

I was persuing BBA and as I noticed there wasn't much specializations to choose from. We had only two options, either marketing or finance. Still these subjects were taught precisely. More practical knowledge would have influenced and flourished the students, overall it was average.

The campus Life was quite very memorable.

I had heard from my senior about faculty of this college. Then after admission it came true . The curriculum is quite hard which prepares the students for real world outside. The teaching faculty are also very cooperative. They teach classroom knowledge plus practical knowledge.

VIEW OF A RAVENSHAW STUDENT

Likes

The environment is quite nice here . There is no harsh ragging stuff over here .
The annual fests organized are very good . And workshops, ted talks are also organized regularly.
Its one the oldest and finest colleges of east India and has a good reputation.

Dislikes

The competition here is a bit less compared to other colleges.
Self finance students are not given hostels and have to stay in PGs,
I dont there is much facilities for sports here , Its the students who organize sports tournaments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I was no more interested in science and wanted to try something new. The faculty is quite good over here and all of them are very qualified. The classes are more interactive than boring usually. It's not that difficult to pass the exam but one has to put in a good amount of effort to score excellent marks.
