Online Application Submission
The application forms for all the courses are available online in the official website of the university. The candidates need to do the following to apply for the courses:

Go to the OUAT official website – www.ouat.ac.in.

Click the Admission tab. All the important links will be listed on the Admission page.

Click the applicable link for the course you want to apply for.

The link leads you to the online payment of the application fee of 1000/- through the SBI Collect facility.

After successfully making the payment, fill up the form and submit it.

Offline Application Submission

The application forms for the PG and Ph.D. courses are also available offline at the university campus. The candidates need to do the following:

Get the application forms from the university campus or download and print the form.
Send the duly filled up application form to the address:

Make the payment of the application fee of 1000/- using the online SBI Collect facility.

Eligibility Criteria

A Candidate for admission to the three-year degree course in Science must have passed the Intermediate examination with Combination of PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) as subjects, or any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent there to.

Admission Guidelines

There will be a COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION for selection of the candidates for admission into B.Sc(Hons).
The candidates for admission will be selected only on the basis of Merit (Weighted Score) which is based on his/her performance of academic career, Entrance Examination and Extracurricular activities.
If two or more candidates secure the same computed score, the tie shall be resolved and their merit positions will be decided on the basis of higher marks in the Entrance Examination or +2 Science or HSC/equivalent in that order

OUAT provides the undergraduate programs not only in the field of Agriculture, but in the fields of Home Science, Horticulture, Basic Science, Veterinary, and Fisheries as well.

The selection for these courses are based on the merit score of 10^th/HSC, 10+2 or equivalent examination, and the score obtained in the common entrance exam conducted by the university.
