OUAT entrance exam 2025 for UG courses was conducted from June 2 to June 3, 2025. Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology has released the OUAT 2025 result for UG entrance exam on July 5, 2025. Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology conducts OUAT exam for admission into several UG, PG, and doctoral degrees. OUAT UG Entrance Exam 2025 will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for two hours. Candidates have to answer 200 questions for 200 marks. You score 1 mark for every correct answer but there is no negative marking.
OUAT question will cover three subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology. The Mathematics/ Biology had the highest weightage of 68 questions while Physics and Chemistry has 66 questions each.
OUAT 2025 Result will be declared in July 2025. The qualifying mark of OUAT entrance exam is 50%. OUAT 2025 Counselling and Admission Procedure
OUAT 2025 Counselling and admission time period is August 2025. Short-listed candidates should attend the counseling session for admission to various courses. The schedule for the same will be uploaded on the official OUAT website.
Students must be present at the counseling session according to the time and date allotted to them. They must attend the counselling procedure in person along with a parent or guardian. Seats will be allotted on the basis of merit, preference of course as chosen by the individual, and availability of seats. The Counselling process will take place in the following way:
- The counselling session will be held as per the scheduled time and date at the centers mentioned on the website of the university.
- Students will have to go to the Counselling centers with necessary documents that will be verified by the conducting body.
- After the documents are verified, the aspirant will have to fill out an offline preference form.
- The process of seat allotment will be done based on merit and preference of the program as chosen by them.

OUAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
OUAT 2025 Eligibility is defined by the coordinating body. The standard is different for each UG program. They are as follows:

Candidates must be a citizen of India.
- Candidate must complete 17 years of age, as of December 31, 2025 (Born on or before 31.12.2007)
- Each UG program requires a candidate to have a minimum of 50% in aggregate. Whereas for SC/ ST/ PH candidates it is 40%.
