Mumbai University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I chose this course due to my interest in prediction models and understanding the probabilistic nature of human behavior. I wanted to build a strong statistical base to develop a career in machine learning and data science. The faculty to students is decent and the instructor tries to have one-to-one interaction with every student. The instructors are well qualified, most of them completed their PhD and some also have industrial work experience. The exams are quite easy and the instructors give you a brief idea of what type of questions will be asked and what topics are important. The notes provided by the instructor are most important when it comes to exams. The exams are mostly on a monthly basis with semester exams happening every 6 months. There are two internals in each semester. You'll also have practical exams either before the semester exams or subsequently after them.

As I'm interested in the concern subject, few faculties are student friendly and few are arrogant because the class size is only 5. Teachers are all well qualified and has secured doctorate, term exams was end of 4 months it's not too tough to pass

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Almost 200+ companies vist for campus placement every year, Jp morgan, oracle tcs infosys mahindra, jio are major recruiting companies. Highest package 44lpa in Amazon but it was off campus. 25 students got 17.75 lpa in jp morgan which was within the campus 97 percent students got placement easily from tech branch and for total it is more than 80 percentage. Average package for this year was 6.15 lpa. My plan after getting the degree is doing masters from USA.

from 3rd year the students are eligible for placements . Companies like cts,tcsetc the highest package is 8 lakhs and even 24 lakhs. average is 4 lakhs. percentage of students placed is91 %. MBA as pg

We have campus placements from our college and according to me, a. Student is eligible from the 7th semester for the campus placements if not campus placements then they can try through various portals online and can give the entrance exams for the following company. My plans would he trying to get a campus placement first or else I would go for masters

Usually students become eligible for placements in the third year. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, JIO, Wipro, etc visit here. The highest package is 25 lakhs and the average package is 7 lakhs/year. Almost all the students get placed in good companies.I on the other hand want to go for Master's.

The faculty of this college is highly qualified and the labs of this college are very large and all type of machines and other things is available that's why I chose this college. Around 85 seats are available in every class and faculties are available in every department more than 5. Qualification of faculty must be Masters's or Ph.D. degree. Exams are normal if you prepare properly you will be passed.

Every student who passed semister exams is applicable for campus selection. So many companies do mass recruitment in our college also if someone don't want to do campus jobs then there is vast industrial exposure at Navi mumbai. There is no any problem regarding job opportunities at Mumbai

After 6th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. The companies which visited our college this year are ZS, TCS, Infosys, Incedo, Yamaha, Naggarro, Mother Dairy, Accenture, Wipro, etc. The highest package is 14 lpa on campus and 44lpa off campus this year. and the average package is 5lpa-6lpa. Almost 90-95% of Students getting placement. My plan is to get a decent placement as an SDE after getting my Degree.

From the 7th semester, students can intern in companies through the colleges and also in the 8th-semester students are placed in the companies through on-campus and off-campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Capgemini, Amazon, Infosys, and Wipro visit our college for campus placements. The highest package of our college was recently about 30 LPA but off campus and on campus is 10 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA In our college. My plans our of getting a placement in a good tech company with a decent package.
