We get government scholarships also according to our category they also ensure every student fill these forms.
It has best teaching faculty with all experienced and well qualified and best trained skill of teaching
Festivals are celebrated within surrounding with all other institutes with all enjoyment and fun.

Dislikes

The fees of hostel and mess is too high. and college ask money for every small thing
The campus is not so good and the hostels are also not so good.
The faculty to student ratio is excellent at about 1:15.the teachers are always approachable but little problem lies is that,most of them just doesnt care about academics n the syllabus they teach of their respective subject.

Medico Dreams

Teaching is very good in my college, the faculty here is expert and pays well attention to the students.
It has a good competitive environment and overseas a great place to study
Good patient flow with timely clinical postings

Dislikes

Weak infrastructure,needs a lot of redevelopment in some buildings
Lack of amphitheatre and many other amenities in the campus
Hostels are not well equipped and facilities provided are poor

Curriculum is CBME one now, with all good changes like early clinical exposure, ensuring timely clinical postings of every year. It helps for the future pursuits and there are 4 exams per year with a gap of 1 to 2 months.

Likes

Academics is good Teachers are knowledgeable
Campus is good Nagpur city is at centre of India hence transportation facilities are available
Varieties of patients can be examined in all speciality

Dislikes

College is surrounded by slum area hence it is not secure
Hostel food is not upto mark We have to rely on outside food facilities
Infrastructure of college was not good initially now it is improving now

We can have more information about health of mankind.We can study different cases. Curriculum makes basic strong and prepares for real world clinical practice and for further post graduation. Curriculum should be more student friendly.Teaching methods should be more practical. Exam difficulty level is moderate.

Likes

Campus is huge around 65 acres in city with all basic aminities
Security is very tight all around collage and hostel
Teachinh staff is good with lot of experience

Dislikes

Their is lot of construction work going on
Old collage building is not good with leakage
No mess and food court is available as of now

Abouts gmc satara

Likes

The satara city is very peaceful and beautiful as well
Our new college building rn which is in development is good from the previous one
Umm.campus is quite good it is development write now but after completing it will be great

Dislikes

Food services are not so good and our college don't have any mess system till now
As the fact that our college is new management is not so good.
If you the allover things the college campus and the city is nice only

Umm. My father and mother both are in medical field so that the reason im doing this . And our course and faculty train us fair enough to face any kind of condition related to our coarse . Talking about exams so, we face internals around the interval of 2-3 months and the difficulty level is medium.

I liked the patient outflow that it provides
I love the college infrastructure and campus
I like the interaction between students and teachers

I think that the teaching can become more interesting
I think that the quality of food in canteen can be made better
Boys hostel should be renovated and water supply can be made better

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well relevant with the course. In this curriculum we get practical knowledge along with the theoretical knowledge. We get to practice dissection on cadaver to understand the anatomy of human body. It prepares us for the real world applications and further academic pursuits. I would suggest that the focus on clinical subjects should be there right from the 2nd year. The frequency and timings of exams are well organised. These exams test our knowledge in every possible manner.

Good but not bad

Likes

Experienced faculty with teachers and staff
Practicals, exams are taken on time in strict manner
Teacher's always help in studies they guide nicely whether it may be study, any problems

Dislikes

Not teaching properly just teching superficially and very fast we are not able to grasp it properly
College infrastructure is not that much good as it is old college the colour of wall is fainting
College os far away from main city and near to it is nothing directly there is high way and also there is no proper road there so many ditches and dust

It was me and parents dream and hence I choose this course its hard no doubt but has to do . This year university curriculum has change to as competency based and increase question. Teachers should teach deeply, easy language of teaching . They should use animated series videos, showing models and gives menonics so that students will learn ineasy way

The best medical college of Maharashtra

Likes

Ragging free campus. Friendly and guiding seniors. Motivate us in both academic as well as extracurricular activites.
The faculties and friendly, explain quite well, guide about career opportunities, they also participate in college event actively with us.
Along with theory sessions, there are also practical which are given equal importance, demonstrations, audio visual teaching, small group teachings, field visits etc are quite prevalent in the college.

Dislikes

The batch strength is 250 , the lecture hall accomodates all but there is much chaos.
The college campus is in middle of Mumbai City hence the sports ground is away from college main campus.
Mess food is not that good, but acceptable.
