Course Curriculum Overview

5

Curriculum is CBME one now, with all good changes like early clinical exposure, ensuring timely clinical postings of every year. It helps for the future pursuits and there are 4 exams per year with a gap of 1 to 2 months.

Internships Opportunities

4

Our is a medical college,so you don't do internships in other companies, but you work as an intern in the hospital of your college itself. You get to learn a lot in this internship which ranges up to 1 year approx, and covers all the medical departments.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees of my college account to 125000 for General category, rest EWS or reserved castes get scholarships and have to pay much less, around 12500 to 67000.MahaDBT and Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj scholarship are applicable in our college.

Campus Life

4

There is one annual fest each year, alternating between the academic event Mediciencia and the cultural event Vismay. Both are amazing shows with a lot of doctor interviews, guest celebrities. Classrooms are good well equipped with lcd projectors.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostels really need improvement if it cones to boys hostel. Girls hostels are pretty decent with nearly all facilities provided.Boys hostel need to be renovated as necessary. Registration for hostels is quite easy and straightforward.

Admission

My college has best academic faculty, and it's a old well established college with a good hospital with high patient flow. It helps ensure good development in the clinical perspectives and properly shape my MBBS journey and make PG exam easier to crack

Faculty

4

Faculty is excellent here, with the faculty to student ratio ranging between 1:10 to 1:20. The faculties are very approachable, in fact they encourage students to approach them. The course medium is also relevant with tough challenging exams for good preparation.

Night Life

5

Gym is good with all the equipment available. There are a lot of cafeterias around which gives a great option in food variety. Hostel timing for girls is till 9:30 to 10 pm while for boys it's around 11-12 pm.

At first it may seem a very lenient college/administration, especially when the rival medical colleges in Mumbai are very strict but over the years you realize that it was for the better and the other college students suffer of inexperience, bookworm culture and unknown of "duniyadari".
