Placement Experience:

The EPGP students have enough work experience and are placed in their respective domains and the process is recruiter based mostly. They have incremental placements from their previous experiences. The PGP and IPM batches are placed together, there is an equal representation of freshers and work experience guys in the batch. There are summer placements after the PGP year 1 and Final placements after the course completion. Consulting, Finance, Sales and Matketing, Analytics and Product Management are the main areas of employment. Niche firms like BCG, Kearney, JPMC, Goldman Sachs, HUL, Amazon etc hire from the campus directly.The process is completely transparent. The average placements ranged from 25-30 LPA in the last three years for the PGP IPM batches. Highest may go upto 1 Cr CTC, lowest has gone down upto 11 LPA. All the students get placed by hook or by crook in the end. It's a 2 week long process.

IIM Indore- A glimpse

Likes

World class faculty, diverse curriculum with a wide range of subjects
The programme is designed to make us well rounded in all aspects, focusing on cultural and sports aspects along with academics
Relative grading creates a competitive atmosphere, urging everyone to be their best.

Dislikes

The programme fees is a lot, which makes it hard to afford for a lot of the population

Placement Experience:

The placements are available only after the fifth year of IPM, that is after obtaining the MBA degree. it is a dual degree program which means that after completing three years, you have an exit option which allows you to leave the course with just a B. A. in Foundations in Management. However, you can only avail the benefits of campus placements after you complete an MBA from this institute. the highest package goes to 1.3 CPA and the average package is 30.2 LPA. 100% of students get placement from campus itself

What is the best things about IPM at IIM Indore has to be the campus life. It is one of the first opportunities that a student gets to come and live outside his home. The system is a such that a student remains almost busy the entire day.
The hostels are very well equipped and are comfortable.
The student association council which almost controls the student life.

Dislikes

The toxic culture which is very common at iims.
Lack of exposure because of campus rules.
The frequent examination as it gives less time to a student to explore other stuff.

Placement Experience:

We have a social internship at the end of the second year and the social placement committee takes care of that. The sum of companies that came in last year was Tata, convergence Foundation, Biocon, and Bharti Foundation. The highest package offered was 30000 for 2 months and all the students got placed. I plan to complete my MBA after the course.

During the 14th semester of IPM/5th semester of PGP. More than 150 companies. All students get placed. Mostly all domain companies come. Plan to do the job. Rarely do students pursue startups after the course. There is an option to leave after your Bachelor's and take a sabbatical for one year before mba.

HDFC Bank, PWC, Deloitte, BCG, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, American Express, ITC, and others were among the major recruiters in our final placement program. In our final placement program, the highest compensation package provided was Rs. 40.5 LPA, with an average income of Rs. 20.79 LPA. With a salary of Rs. 1.24 lacs, I was able to complete my internship with PWC. I didn't take part in the final placement program because I wanted to focus on studying for the civil service test.

The college placements are 100%, and it is at par with the PGP students. In fact, the highest package of 56.8 lacs was offered to an IPM student while the average package of 18 lacs. IPM students are generally preferred for the finance roles.

In IPM we have social placements starting from Term 7. In PGP, summers start in Term 1 end, while Finals start in Term 6 of PGP. 160 companies came for placements for the 2018-2020 batch. 23.3% were in finance and 23% in Sales & Marketing. The average salary was Rs. 22.92 Lakhs.

I completed my PGPMX diploma from IIM Indore a few years back. Here is my honest review of the course-

The curriculum is designed for working professionals with at least 5 years of experience. So it is highly practical in nature. No compromise has been made in terms of faculty. The same teachers at the main IIM Indore campus fly down to teach the PGPMX subjects.

The course is in line with present industry requirements, and the subjects are up to date. The batches are academically diverse, this will help you form valuable connections with people from different industries.The course encourages classroom discussions and allows room for a variety of perspectives. Guest lectures and sessions from industry experts are regularly held.

This is an amazing platform, and you can definitely consider PGPMX at IIM Indore.

Choosing a Data Science Program is a difficult task because the market is flooded with these courses. All of the programs are in collaboration with prestigious universities.

The program includes a fantastic combination of IIM Indore. That, however, is no longer a challenge. The best part about Jigsaw is that they always have a listening ear—they are eager to learn about the challenges of the students and are resolved with the same responsibility. Every issue will be addressed and resolved.

The course is good; the more time you spend on it, the more knowledge you will gain. you will never be crippled with content as Jigsaw is having a pretty decent quality of content and is very easy to follow.

All weekend classes will be recorded and made available to you if you want to review the material. The course will walk you through the statistical methodologies and tools used by data scientists for data analysis and modeling.

You have both graded and non-graded assignments. Non-graded for practice and graded for completion of the course. The more you practice, the more confident you will become. You will complete a mini capstone and a capstone project to gain hands-on experience.
