Till now college life was quite good. Though there should be improvements to be made jn infrastructure, teaching, administration in general college is quite good thanks to good peer group, seniors. Sporting facilities are also quite good.

The college is over all good but lacks in technical aspects, being an Indian institute of technology, it only focuses on cultural aspects and over looks technical aspects, and i being a developer, finds it annoying. everything is good except this particular trait of technology.

Yes, there is many positive and negative remarks about college. Its becomes IIT now but professor not becomes that standards. Name of institute is good you will be treated good in the name of institute.

Personally I had better expectations but with time i adjusted and i can say even if it's not at par with many other colleges but it still is one of the best college to study in. There are a lots of scope of improvement though

College infrastructure is average. Studies is good. Management is great. Fests are at great scale. And very good for mining and petroleum students. Campus placement is above average. Teaching is good.

Every college has some positive and some negative aspects. But if I start to state all these, then words will be shorter to express how good is our college. We have created friends for life here whom I am never going to forget.

Positive : beautiful campus , research papers are very good published by college , you can live your hobby in campus through joining various clubs Negative: seniors take ragging , mess quality is poor

Its the second largest Mining institute in Asia. With the history of 93 years ,its the most reliable institute.Its not easy being admitted here. Beautiful Campus and better infrastructure. Its the best among all mining and geology instituitions.
