What is the scope after business economics honors BBE in DU?

This course, like any other from DU, may disappoint you if you intend to get a job solely based on your graduation. Expect no placement offers based on the subjects or knowledge you gained in this course. Most companies will offer you generic intern-level work (mostly BPOs), which will not include any of the subjects you studied during your graduation.
Furthermore, for those pursuing higher education, BBE (Hons) offers no special advantages. You must pass entrance exams for MBAs and MAs in economics to compete with students from other programs. There is a widespread misconception that BBE candidates are given preference in the MBE{(now MBA(BE)} selection process. This is not the case.
However, here are a few advantages, as well that need to be looked at:
To begin, regardless of which college you attend for BBE, people from other courses treat you with implicit respect.
Second, passing the entrance exam helps you prepare for high-level exams like CAT, XAT, SNAP, CDSE, and others that are based on similar principles.
Third, unlike Eco Hons and B.com, the syllabus prescribes chapters from a variety of MBA books. You may find it difficult to study, but you will be more knowledgeable in the end.
Finally, you research SPSS and other business software that can help you stand out from the crowd.

Fees and Financial Aid:
The fees that I paid in Aryabhatta college for BA Hons. Business Economics is 35250 rs.
It is tution fee of every student of Business Economics.
College doesn't provide any scholarship for any student.

When I was in my first year(in 2022) our course fee was 18310 and in second year the amount was 19835 and in current academic year 2024-25 it is 21285. And you have to pay for your semester examination fee separately (it can we 1100-1800 ) . Course Fee is same for everyone whether student is from UR or any other category.

- College should arrange laptops for practicals classes by itself for students.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Fees structure in Aryabhatta college is same for each and every one there is no difference in fees for the reserved category or the unreserved both have to pay the same amount which is 32000-34000 per year .

They yearly fees which I am paying is 27000 because of my specialised course, in my course there is python also that's makes my fees but higher as compared to other course, the avg fees in my college is 13000-14000 for other courses

Fees and Financial Aid:
The yearly fees is about Rs 42000 and it generally does not increase much. This does not include exam fees of Rs 500 which is to be paid each semester during exam registration. Fee for other course is even lesser than the fees for my course. The fees would be lower for students from reserved categories though i do not know the margin because i belong to the unreserved category. Financial benefits program is also there in the college and happens annually because fees is also paid annually. Anybody who is facing any financial crunch abd cannot pay the fees can simply fill the designated form and get adequate refund for the fees or a complete waiver if the situation so demands. Apart from that there are other scholarships that can be availed. I believe the fees is quite affordable in comparison to many other colleges whether private or semi private where the fees can go upto several lakhs on an yearly basis.

My course was exknomics hons and my fees was around 14000 rupees per year i studiesd there for 3 years so for three years it was 42000 rupees like whole degree of three years costed me 42 k and i dont know about any compensation for sc st but for the new batch i have seen and increase in the dees somewhere around 25 k per year

Since Bachelors of Business Economics (BBE) is a professional course of commerce so the fees accordingly is adequate to the course offered. There are various scholarships also offered by the college and the Government of India.

Total fees of year 27,660
In my college don't have any type of subsidised for any catagory . Everyone in my course form 1st to 3rd all have same fees structure which is 27,700. There doesn't have any type scholarship.

I paid rs 36995 for 1st year. DU charges same for every category other than orphan. I don't know any scholarships or financial aids of my colleges. Its quite expensive for me as per my course i think 20k something should justify for the course i am persuing 36995 is way more.
