PEC Chandigarh Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

PEC has one of the best placements in India, More than 90% of students get placed. The highest package was 80L. The internship interviews happen in 5th sem, With internships mandatory in the 6th sem. Placements interview in 7th sem. After my degree, I will join the company from which I got Pre PlacmentOffer.

7th-semester students start having their tests and interviews for placements. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Apple, arcesium, JP Morgan, Airbus, Uber, Flipkart, etc. visit the campus. The highest package this time was 86 lakhs CTC to six students and the average package is 14 lakhs. Mainly they offer coding and finance-related profiles. More or less everyone who sits in the placements gets placed, the percentage is above 90. I also want to get a good placement in an MNC.

The placement scenario is very nice. Even that's why I opted for this college. From the 7th semester, students are eligible for placements. Companies like JPMC, UBER, Amazon, events, and many more. Approximately 90% of students got placed here. My plans after getting the degree are to work for at least 2 years and then for higher studies.

Students can opt for internships whenever they want. but it usually occurs in the 6th semester. More than 70 companies visited which offered more than 300 offers. it is depended on a branch to branch eg. circuital branches have better placement ratios. I wish to go for a job and later if I get the chance then do an MBA.

The college has a High Rank, excellent reputation and is located in a Good City with a high exposure. Its close proximity to home also was a factor for me. I got in using the Direct Admission for Students Abroad (DASA) Scheme. PEC also has a 100% placement record for CSE students, with a high average CTC.

From 7th sem students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS, MICROSOFT, NESTLE, SONY, HAWKINS., BHEL are visited and about 7 to 8 lakh packages are giving. About 90 % of students are placed and all are in good companies with higher packages. I want to do a job in google.

In my course, maximum students are placed and placed in good companies like Microsoft, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Flipkart, Google (off-campus) and amazon. Microsoft and amazon visit the campus every year and hires many students from all the branches, Campus placements begin from the 7th semester whereas internship hiring begins from the 5th semester onwards. I want to go abroad for higher studies and after that work for a multinational company. I will be able to learn so much about what has been taught to us, the highest package that was given was 42 lakh per annum and the minimum is 10 lakh per annum and CSE gets the highest number of the package.
