- There are many scholarships available for the students which can help the students in many ways it help the needy people who cannot afford fees or have better excellence .
- They professor and teachers were friendly and had great knowledge of in their subjects
- The application form, fees and admission dates was pretty available on the website and everything was also provided on the college brochure!
Dislikes
- The condition of the rooms is very bad and it is requires renovation .overall i pay 6000 a month for my hostel room .. mess is 950 which is included in 6000
- Political group are quite active. students are also not getting hostels easily therefore its quite difficult for student from from faraway to survive. attendance policy is also very strict.
- It only provides a fan , a bed , and a almirah which in most cases is faulty .

There is good placement record in University business school, last year report being 13.72 lpa average. Companies such as Deloite KPMG Infosys visit the campus for final placement. Majorly you will be able to secure a Marketing and Sales oriented placement

Placement Experience:
Placements are good. The average placement of last year is 1372000 but this year drops a little. Although there is no official report till now for this year but internally we know it drops this year .

- Faculty student ratio should be higher and there should be less political conflicts between staff
Placement Experience:
Placements are above average. After third semester companies starts coming to campus for recruitment. Around seventy percent placements are happened in placement week and overall more than ninty percent students are placed.

- I liked the atmosphere of the university and how the old infrastructure is still maintained
- I like the amazing faculty that UBS has and the library is just amazing
- There are always some activities going on in the university which is amazing and brings alot of enjoyment
Dislikes
- I disliked the furniture there and the old buildings
- There are alot of monkeys there so sometimes it becomes scary for the person who are afraid of them
- There is very poor network in the university which becomes hassle because we have to do everything online
Placement Experience:
The students become eligible for placements in semester three after their summer internship. There are various companies that come to the college and they offer various packages to various students from various streams. There are sometimes criteria of 70% in 1st year.

- Placements: Placements has to be one of the main factor in UBS. With a fees of Rs 38k, a 13 lakh PPO is too good.
- Campus life: Punjab university has the best campus life. One can understand this only if they visit the campus once.
- Alumni Base: With a 60+ year old legacy, the alumns of UBS are at various top posts like director of NSE, Chairman of SBI etc. Thus, you get an access to this base.
Dislikes
- Shortage of manpower: Due to the university system and problems lying in it, there has been no recruitments for the last 7 years. This has created a shortage of profoessors in the college which needs to e=be fixed ASAP.
- Hostel allotment: More hostel seats must be alloted to the students. It took me 3 months to get a hostel seat.
Placement Experience:
The campus provides 100% placements on various fields. For the Batch of 2023, a total of 115 students were placed on different fields with an average CTC of Rs 13,69,568 (audited). Some of the prominent recruiters include Tolaram group, American express, Trident, Adani group, Mahindra and Mahindra, EY, TATA Group, Acquity, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, MG motors, Euler, Volvo group, Kornferry etc. The highest international package offered was 58 LPA from Tolaram group and highest domestic package was offered by Trident that is of 35 LPA. Apart from this, students of UBS can also opt for central placement wherein companies like Bain & Company, BCG visit regularly.

Students get the opportunity to be placed in the last semester and in our college, we have a 100% placement with an average package of 11.5 lakhs and all profiles offered like marketing HR Finance and companies that come for placements are EY, HDFC, DLF, Adani, Tcs, ICICI and many more.
