Course Curriculum Overview
I only have the option for Entrepreneurship and HR but i am particularly not interested in HR so I select EP. The curriculum of EP is very similar to MBA core and faculty members are also supporting .
Internships Opportunities
We have big companies like Dabur, American Express, Adobe for internship program but the reality is very few get the chances to place in big companies. Other students have to choose very small companies
Placement Experience
Placements are good. The average placement of last year is 1372000 but this year drops a little. Although there is no official report till now for this year but internally we know it drops this year .
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is very minimal in HR, Core and IB. It's like under 50000 for whole MBA. But in my course the fees is high. The whole costing of MBA EP is around 250000. But still very less then many of the colleges.
Campus Life
The life after college is very chill but the compulsion on attending lectures is quite strict. The university is too beautiful to walk and rome around with friends. The hostels are also good so as the campus.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is too cheap. It costs around 6 thousand per semester. The food in mess is good and overall infrastructure is also good. The newly made hostels are quite good and comforting. And environment is also good
Admission
Admission process starts with application form which can be seen on the official site of Panjab University. Then eligibility required is as bachelor with 60%+ and cat score card (a cutoff is made on the basis of pool of applicants). Then after clearing cutoff a shortlisting for gdpi list is made. Then candidates have to go through the GDPI process and then a ranking list is circulated and admission is given. The process is simple but I want to see improvement in GD. In my GD, there are 32 students and speaking in this much crowd looks vague to me, it seems very illiterate. Other wise the process is nice and simple
Interview Experience
Group Discussion is quite difficult for me because there are 32 applicants in my slot and the topic assign to us is MBA vs work experience. The other process, interview is quite simple and calm. And there is no other written process other than CAT.
