- Everyone is friendly .all professors are helpful.very impactful teaching and very good experience and overall development.good coding environment and healthy competition among students.overall very knowledgeable and helpful faculty.
- Pleacement of the college is going very nice many good company like google yahoo microsoft twitter comming for take placement and avg package of the electrical engineering students is 1200000,and cse students avg package is 1500000
- Fee can vary between 4500 per semester to 60000 per semester .scholarship like minority-1,gen-1, sc-1, ... are provided to help students to complete there 4 year course without feeling financial burden
Dislikes
- The placement for 2020-24 batch was not too nice like previous year .
- Due to very low area ,we are somewhat feel problematic when have to organise any event at bigger level.
- There will be no scholarship provided by any government site .about the placement is not good enough, especially for our branch the placement is too low and who have they got it a very low salary .

- Sona hostels are old so they didn't like by students

Placement Experience:
From the 4 th year student become eligible for campus placement, a lot of companies visit approximately 150 plus , that can not fit in a single page but some of the reputed company are Google which offer 50 lpa, creb India which offer 52 lpa, psu offer for mechanical engineer are 10 lpa, and the average placement is of 13 lpa,
The highest package is of 1.08 CR to Abhishek from meta. 130 percentage student placed in cse , 129 in mechanical ,similarly for other branches +- 20 percent

- Almost all the facilities are provided here as other nit and iit
- Faculty student ratio is quite good here.
- Placements is average here at nit patna.

- Small campus only 245 acre but new campus is in process.

semester students become eligible for campus placements -after 7 semester and internship from 3rd year
highest and average package as per company and profiles offered highest is 1.6 cr lowest 3 lakh

Course Curriculum Overview:
I had chosen this course because I was intrrest in mechanical engineering. Student is good. All facilities are highly qualified. The modus operandi of teaching is very unique. All exams are always on time.

- seniors are very helpful here , they support you in every club

- mess food , mess management,mess facilities are not good here
- campus size is very small , hostels are not good ,
- due to small campus size , there is only one playground

Google, Adobe,fox trading, Amazon,Bobble AI, Microsoft visited in our college
number of placement are quite good here
number of Mechanical Engineering students placed are also good here

- Our campus is not much large it's in about 40 acre.
- Accommodation of students in hostel is not much better
- Infrastructure is two old of labs and library

After 6 semester we are eligible for placement offers.companies visited byjus, samsung,tata motors, Facebook,Indian petrol.
Aproox 90 percent student placed.
My plan is to work in MNCs.and my wish is to work in Google

- hostels have their own Wi-Fi so we have 24*7 internet connectivity on campus but websites like YouTube and Instagram can't work.
- Civil department clubs are CESC and IWWA. New clubs but improving it community will be more likely to be seen in next few years.
- Faculty are very supportive and are highly educated.
Dislikes
- Campus size is very small so you will find campus little bit crowded.
- Hostels are quite very old like sone A and B.
- Moving inside campus is not allowed after 10 pm.Also library git closed at 9 pm.
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester students are eligible for sitting in placement.
Top companies visiting our college fro recruitment are Infosys, Samsung, Amazon, Wipro, IBM, Oracle, Capgemini and many more.
In core sector companies like L and T, Tata motors etc visit campus.

- Some hostels are a little bit old and need renovation.

The placement of national institute of technology patna is higly in news.As recently 1.8cr package is grabbed from NITP and it is from ECE department.Also 1.06cr package is grabbed.Many dream companies like Amazon, Microsoft,Google.
