Everyone is friendly .all professors are helpful.very impactful teaching and very good experience and overall development.good coding environment and healthy competition among students.overall very knowledgeable and helpful faculty.
Pleacement of the college is going very nice many good company like google yahoo microsoft twitter comming for take placement and avg package of the electrical engineering students is 1200000,and cse students avg package is 1500000
Fee can vary between 4500 per semester to 60000 per semester .scholarship like minority-1,gen-1, sc-1, ... are provided to help students to complete there 4 year course without feeling financial burden

Dislikes

The placement for 2020-24 batch was not too nice like previous year .
Due to very low area ,we are somewhat feel problematic when have to organise any event at bigger level.
There will be no scholarship provided by any government site .about the placement is not good enough, especially for our branch the placement is too low and who have they got it a very low salary .

College review: a way of awareness

Likes

Studies :teacher taught in a well manner to us.
Games: we have playground and sports facilities
Fest: regular fest organised at our campus

Dislikes

Campus: still it is not our permanent campus
Teacher: some of them are not good in communication skills
Senior: some of them are not helpfull to us

Placement Experience:

Max package was of 45 lakh in 2023 for ece branch... Many of the big recruiters visited our college for placement like google, Microsoft, adobe etc... Placement is given to students of every branch and it is about 100%

Likes

The campus environment is good and clean.
The campsu is located in middle of the city.
Placement is very good and there are many courses

Dislikes

The campus is very small and conjested..
The boys hostel is located out of the campus.
The campus is very near to the ganga river

From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placements.many companies will visit the campus like google, amazon, tcs,tata, l&t etc Highest package is 1.7 cr and average package was 13 lpa.placement percentage is 91%.

For students having mentality best, Nit Patna is best

Likes

Placement statistics is best as it is in Bihar but here more than 95 percentage student got placed
Teachers are well connected with students
Ragging is totally prohibited so students feel safe

Dislikes

There is no tourism place near college where we can go and enjoy
As it is very old nit so infrastructure is not as good as expected
Some time we have to forcefully accept the mess food

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I was so enthusiastic about software development. All facilities are well qualified. Teaching methods are superb . Also there is feeling of school days when teachers teaches us. They use to be connected with the students. Exams were held semester wise. If we have to score good marks it is enough to follow teachers.

An awesome graduating life!!

Likes

the peaceful environment and friendly timing for classes.
climate in bihar, awesome really I loved it gthe monsoon season and winter season .
college situated just besides the river ganga and on other side little far from markets which make it a silent and peaceful environment.

Dislikes

the behavious of some outside people talking rude or in high voice to thir customers.
the traffic like for even going for short distance by rikshaw ehic will cost you around min 30 minutes
the distance between boys hostel and college campus almost 500m everyday travelling this much.

Placement Experience:

1. from 7th semester. 2. there are 50+ companies which visits and min 6 lac package is offered in every branch. 3. in cse highest package was 75lpa last year with 17lpa average package and in mechanical 20lpa highest with 10 lpa average. 4. in core branch there is always almost 98% placement and in cse almost 87% placments are done. 5. to continue in the job for some year in which got placed and preparing for gate exams.

The truth of my college

Likes

The faculty is very well qualified and well trained.
Placement is very decent here. Campus is not so beautiful but it is good.
Seniors are very good as they encourage you

Dislikes

Every branch does not get decent palcement.
Core branches have bad placements, like me,, ce.
Size of campus is very small, sports facilities are also not good

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester you will getting many opportunities for internship and placement generally starts in 4 th year Google, phone pe, samsung, JSW, LMT, Tata, tcs, infosys. Highest package is not disclose for this year where as everyone in non core branch got decent placement

campus life is so enjoyable .excellent teaching faculty.

low sport culture and small campus area infrastructure not so good.

Placement Experience:

After 7 semester student are eligible for campus placement. companis like Google ,Microsoft, L and T construction, TATA motar, Orecle, patym ,samsung,etc .more than 150 companis come for campus placement. higest package:1.5 cr average package:13.5lakh 85% of student are placed in campus placment. my plans after getting degree is campus placement.

There are many Opportunities available for students
There are many clubs for students. Students can join them as their interest
There are sports also available for the students.

Dislikes

The size of the campus is small may be when shifted to bigta campus it will not be the issue
The exams are happening time to time so there is a difficult in time management

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students are eligible for placements. But after fourth semester only many students are getting internship offers. Till now in 2023 highest package is 62 lakh and its still going .

Like tha view and locality we have ghats to explore and many more such things.
We have our auditorium in which we attend our events the auditorium is very big and clean.
We have our health centrea in case a student got sick then we can go there and do check ups.

Dislikes

I dont like the size of the campus its very small and compact.
Also the management of the campus we have grounds but vell cut grass in there.
Lastly the the sortage of computers in autocad lab.

After 6 semesters. Amazon, Meta, Adobe, Microsoft, Apple, I am not sure about that. Last year's highest package was 1.8 crore and the lowest one was 3 lakhs. The percentage was around 100. Doing higher studies just like abroad like in America or England.

Honest review of NIT Patna

Likes

Faculties are good and well experienced.
Placement is overall good and also average placement is fine.
2 days gap in a week of Saturday and Sunday

Dislikes

The area in which it is situated is not too clean.
Roads are also in bad condition and no repairing is done.

Placement Experience:

1.From 6 semester students start to get placements. 2.Amazon, Larsen & Toubro, Samsung Electronics, Oracle, Infosys, IBM, Capgemini, TCS, Microsoft, Hack Slash, Indian Oil are some companies that visited NIT Patna. 3.Highest paclage is 52LPA and average package is 8 LPA. 4.Percntege of students getting placement is approx 78%. 5.Placement.

NIT Patna in brief

Likes

Campus is located around the river Ganga.
Placement is more than expected in core branch.
Mess facility of Hostel is of high quality.

Dislikes

Water facility in hostel is not filtered.
Classroom are not well managed like insufficient fan.
Girls is to boys ratio is very lower than expectation.

Placement Experience:

From semester 7th students are eligible for campus placement. Many different MNCs like Microsoft and Google etc visit campus for placement. The highest package is 48 lpa and an average of 13 lpa. Around 90% of students got placement.
