- Here the faculty is very nice they are ready help when students need there help
- Here placements is so good and many top companies are approaching to the college students here having good opportunity for the placements average placements is about 13lakhs per annual combining all branches
- Many scholarships like fcc, nsp and others are student welfare related and do help the students alot.
Dislikes
- Scholarship are there for weak section of society.. my fees is somewhat between 140000 to 150000 years as i didn't receive any scholarship or anything.
- The hostel facility is not that great, there is a food problem in terms of taste and water problem in terms of hygiene, there are some issues with the internet also.
- The attendance criteria is really strict and the behaviour of the professors are not good

- Library facilities is the one of the liked thing those who are really interested can use library very efficiently.
- Campus full of greenary which gives you a pleasent feeling while roaming in the campus.
- The atmosphere here is the one which I liked most it is cool some times and hot some times.
Dislikes
- The temperature here will not be suitable for all, as during winter the temperature will become 12-15 degree which may not be liked by all.
- Cleanliness of the campus is not as expected in the campus and the wifi provided also is in the form of lan.
- The strength of wifi is also not upto the mark it is also different from the speed which they says to give.
Placement Experience:
The campus placement of nit silchar is well and good but now due to recession period it is same as all the colleges but not bad. The highest package of CSE department last year is 80LPA and the average package is 24LPA according to my knowledge you can also avail the details from the TnP cell from campus website.

- Campus is good and greenary which I like most
- Faculties and teachers are good at teaching

- Hostel food are not good as a we expected
- Laboratory equipment are not good at condition
Placement Experience:
Placement are quite good in nit Silchar from past 2 to 3 years from 7th semesters students are eligible for campus placement with good cgpa . highest and average package of our college is 55lpa and 13lpa.nearly 90 percent students are placed every yer

- I liked the environment of our campus it is very green also the air quality is very good which makes our campus a healthy campus
- Another thing I like is the infrastructure of our campus buildings all the building have there unique shape and quality
- Another thing I like is faculty members and academic
Dislikes
- Things I dislike is road they must be renovated
- And there is no proper treatment of sewage in campus
- Another thing I dislike is that hostel and classroom are very far from each other
Placement Experience:
After 7th semester student are eligible to sit in campus placement interview
Some of the companies visited are Amazon,byjus, reliance,whipro,tata, Mahindra etc
Highest package is8000000 and average package is 1500000
On average 80 percent of students are getting placement from ouslr campus
My plans is getting a good package placement after the graduation
