Dibrugarh University B.Ed Exam Pattern

Candidates willing to take up the B. Ed course at Dibrugarh University will have to sit for an Entrance examination called Common Eligibility Test (CET). The exam pattern of CET is given below in the form of a Bulletin.

Common Eligibility Test is a Computer Based Examination, conducted by the National Recruitment Agency
It is conducted twice a year. The duration is of 120 hours.
There are four sections in the examination, each carrying 50 marks. The sections of the question paper are General Intelligence and Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and Comprehension, General Awareness, and General Knowledge.
The full mark of the CET examination is 200 marks. There is no limit to the number of attempts, and there is no age bar.

Another best aspect of my University are the various departments and academic centres. The university allows the students from all over the world the opportunities to enroll themselves in different courses, diploma and certificate course. I love it

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees structure is such that students from almost any family background could think of studying here. The fees structure is 12000 per year for all the courses. And the hike in tuition fees was only due to COVID 19. Additionally no such hikes are encouraged from the university. Scholarship are given to both boys and girls irrespective of whether they stay in private pg or university hostels. It is 8500 for undergraduate course students and 16000 for postgraduate pursuing students per year. Apart from this financial aids are given such as fee waiver. And PhD students also get scholarships for carrying out their research work.

The curriculum needs improvement. Topics related to today's problem should be incorporated in the syllabus. We are frequently taken to field trips for exposure. We have been taken to Merbil Eco tourism park, and many more. Dr. Amar Upadhaya is a good faculty.
