Faculty is good mostly teacher are permanent they have good knowledge and commond in subject
The hostel or accommodation facility are the best for me in the campus.
Campus life is very good has cultural events and sports events and beauty of campus is great campus is almost 2300 acres good environment and nice architecture feels peace and full freedom has full greenary

Hostel's bathrooms and toilets get dirty fast as many people use them.
The mess food are not really very good and sometimes its not edible

University has amazing campus life with food study invironment with opportunities
Infrastructure is amazing of Hyderabad Central University here you can see lot of deer in campus
Faculty is good mostly teacher are permanent they have good knowledge and commond in subject

Dislikes

There is some provision of guest faculty so i don't like guest faculty because his teaching style not like professor

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose history because when I was in my 12 class I saw I was very interested in words history. I also read some biographies of great men like Nehru Patel Mahatma Gandhi. B.p mean etc faculty members are good but guest faculty is a major problem. The exam was easy average and below average clearly cuet exam with less effort

I loves the programmes which conducts like Topper Talks and all types meets.

Dislikes

Food in lunch and Dinner, especially curries in those time full worse.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm interested in the field of economics and I want to be Economist. Students: faculty ratio is 600:50. Almost all faculty members have done their Ph.D. in the field of economics and some are from other social sciences courses. Every year December and May we have semester exams. If we try hard it's very easy to pass but we have to work for good score.

Students are eligible for campus placements after completing the total Integrated MA course or any Integrated course. Offers that are quite good enough. I choose to get upgraded myself from my job after getting my campus placements.

Good education in HCU

Likes

Nature of the campus is very good , the climate , atmosphere,greenery is good
Infrastructure is very good with proper facilities in all the areas
Teachers teaching skills their interaction, connection with teachers is good

Dislikes

Here students get easily involve in politics
Bathroom,hostel facility is not soo good
Food quality in mess not soo good but it is adjustable

Campus placement is not good for MA students, especially for anthropology, sociology, and history but it is better for economics and English students. Mtech and MBA students get easy placements 40 to 50 percent get placement. My plan is for the preparation of civil services.

Likes

The hostel or accommodation facility are the best for me in the campus.
The classroom facility and the teacher students relationships are good
the infrastructures of the campus are really amazing . like SLS building , other auditoriums , Zakir Hussain Lecture complex etc.

Dislikes

the mess food are not really very good and sometimes its not edible
sometimes the campus politics are not that much good
caste and community based parties are there in the campus

Placement Experience:

About the placement, uoh has various different courses from humanities, social science, sciences, engineering, and business studies to medical sciences. So every discipline has its own rules and regulations for placements and internships. engineering and business studies students, mostly get placement from big MNCs and other tech companies, but social science or humanities students, have to struggle need to get placement.

Likes

Good environment and providing good education.
Good campus placements, good friends and teachers.
Good cultural activities, good hospital, health centre.

Some political parties not good for University.
Some building not yet opened it is very tough to conduct classes.
Mess bill also chated very high like per month 2000-3000.

I am very interested in the IMA Telugu course, here faculty is most experienced, and there are PhDs with 20-25 years of experience, we can learn something from them. I am very fortunate to get a seat here. If we're preparing well it is easy to get a seat here.

Likes

Campus infrastructure with good administration.
Faculties with good experience and teaching skills.
Different types of programs and initiatives takenby campus.

Time taking for admissions process in campus.

Inadequate reading rooms for the students.

Placement Experience:

After completing of pg there is a placement interview on campus. TCS, and other MNCs. As of today highest package was 10lakhs and the average is 5lakhs. The percentage of students getting into placement is 90%. Pursuing a PG on campus.

Library have sufficient of books with good condition and environment. The timings of library is convenient to me.
Campus totally free of ragging. There is no differences among the students.
Environment is greenery. With full of fresh air.

I chose this course because, of my passion for this. It's a vast subject that is mostly studied by other nations. The world has a preference for languages. And the student-teacher ratio is mostly 1:10. This university is famous for its research methodology.

The University of Hyderabad is a lot more than academics. I have a few friends from the University of Hyderabad and here is their insight on the institute.

There are various places you can explore on the campus including the Water Tank, Mushroom Rock, and Check Dam.
Apart from this, you can do campfires on campus, where you can gather with your friends even at late nights and can cook food and enjoy.
The University of Hyderabad is not just an institute that provides academics and education. It helps a student gain experience and understands the true meaning of life which is more important than being a reading parrot.
The campus is a beautiful and large lush green campus which is so huge that it is further divided into two campuses where students can jog, play any kind of sports be it outdoor or indoor, ranging from Tennis to Football or gym, etc. Therefore, the campus encourages sports at every level.
The faculty base of the institute is quite good. They are experienced and cooperative.
The Indira Gandhi Memorial Library is a great place to study. There are lots of study materials and books.
The hostels are clean and well-maintained. There are mess facilities available at each hostel. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But the quality of food offered is not that great.
The University gives freedom to a student to stay up late at night, to go out of the campus at any hour. You can visit Tankbund or the places you wish to and can be back early morning. There’s no one to supervise.

Therefore, you can opt for the University of Hyderabad without thinking twice.

The University of Hyderabad offers B.Sc. Optometry as an integrated course to the students. Admission to the B.Sc. + M.Sc Optometry integrated course is offered on the basis of CUET UG examination.
