Andhra Vidyalaya College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, widely known as A.V. College offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. A.V. College is affiliated with Osmania University and is accredited with an A grade by NAAC. The college offers a total of 15 courses under the undergraduate program such as BA, B.Com, etc. The branches span commerce, arts, and science. A.V. College offers 10 courses under the post-graduate program. Training and Placement cell is up and active, headed by a Placement Officer. A. V. College of Arts, Science, and Commerce is accredited with an 'A' Grade and has participated in NIRF.
The admission process in A.V. College for all courses is conducted as per the norms of the Osmania University. For Undergraduate admissions, the criteria are only merit-based. The postgraduate admissions are made through centralized counseling based on PGCET and TS ICET ranks.
The training and placement cell is active and functioning. In the year 2019 - 20, a total of 128 students were placed across 11 prominent companies, that include Tech Mahindra, Muthoot Fin Corp, ICICI, AGS, etc.
The college renders active social and community services. It has 1 unit of NCC and 2 units of NSS.

Ba Economics is a 3-year program where I had the opportunity to study in a good environment, learn from excellent faculty, and gain valuable experience.
I did one internship; the duration of the internship was two months. Along with me, someone else also did this internship. It was a nice experience, and I also received another internship opportunity. I completed one project and was rewarded for it within the group.

Dislikes

It will be helpful to our career and college if Swayam certification courses are provided, but a small amount fee is collected.
Very boring in college because there are no cultural activities, farewells, annual events, social groups, clubs, or student-run websites. Thats it.

First need to write PGCET entrance exam and after you got a good rank according to it you need to select a college and get a college seat and fees payment, If not written any exam go to the college and apply for management seats

Collection of fees, they use to dont give the study conduct certificate.
The sports cota was bad 👎 , that they don't conduct the sports.

The admission process is very waste in college, they first give preference to the highest rank members, that ok but second they choose the category, like caste. First, they give the preference to the sc/st, and at last, they choose the OBC like.. Bc.

12 passes with minimum 50marks, Dost seat allotment according to grade and marks. College admission block. BC d govt school ship. Yes, I have faced the admission process was not clear confusion, and the distance between the dost site and college joining conformation on the last day submission.
