- Hcu have one of the best departments and professors. The Department of sociology is ranked in top 500 in the world in 2023.
- Hcu also has some national and international conferences. The campus is filled with students from various diversity and culture
Dislikes
- The political Space is very influential and strong compared to other state universities.
- The mess food is cheap but not as good.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fee for education including academic, hostel and other mandatory fees is very affordable compared to other universities. The academic fees for a undergraduate students in a year is around 10000/- that is 7500 in odd semester and 2500 in even semester. The hostel fee is divided into hostel room rent and mess fee , the room rent is 1000/- for Year and mess fee is paid according to the monthly expenditure of particulars in mess, the maximum fee for year is 25000/-. So the overall charge for a year costs around 30000 to 40000 and the fee hike is not less than 5% and it depends upon the financial session in the university councils. There are various scholarships and financial assistance for students. The national and state scholarships are applicable and there is university scholarship from Hcu,it is named as DAG scholarship where university selects 1000 students who are financially unstable and give around 1000 rupees per month.

- campus and its events, course, and facilities provide by university
- i liked the greenery in the campus and vast size of the campus
Dislikes
- i did not like the mess food that much .
- i did not like the infrastructure of some of the buildings
Fees and Financial Aid:
here there is no fee hike policy, as student organisations resist the move of the fee hike. there is a Digital Access Grant given to the students, which started during COVID-19 times to help students get the required technology for listening to online classes.

We are granted with scholarships and we have huge amount of scholarship and there are epass and so many scholarship and around 10 thousand for a year and we get fellowship for every months not for OC and the fellowship id about 750. Rupees
