For continuation of the scholarship in subsequent semesters, students must maintain a minimum CGPA / GPA threshold (e.g., CGPA at least 6.0 or as specified) in the previous semester to keep the scholarship. For technical programmes (e.g., B.Tech via the ATIT entrance test): Merit scholarships are tied to entrance test percentile ranks, with continuation conditions on CGPA for later semesters. Some scholarships are merit-cum-need based: there are criteria tied to parental/annual income in specific cases.

The fee per year for the Btech in CSE is INR 2.50 Lakhs at the IFHE, Hyderabad.
