ICFAI Business School (IBS) has announced the Phase 3 admission cycle for its prestigious MBA and PGPM programs. This serves as a final call for aspiring management students to secure their seats across eight IBS campuses. Candidates with valid scores in CAT, GMAT, NMAT, or XAT (from 2023 onwards) are eligible to apply.

The application window is currently active and will remain open until March 28, 2026. Following the submission, the institutional selection process is scheduled to take place on March 29, 2026. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and have completed 15 years of regular education. Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates undergo a Micro Presentation (MP) and a Personal Interview (PI). The Application Fee is INR 1,800, covering all nine campuses under a single form.

The admission process at IBS is designed to evaluate a candidate’s holistic profile. Initially, students are shortlisted based on their entrance exam scores (CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT, or IBSAT). Once shortlisted, they participate in the selection rounds consisting of a Micro Presentation (where they speak on a topic for 3 minutes) and a Personal Interview. The final merit list is prepared by considering past academic records (Class X, XII, and Graduation) alongside performance in the selection rounds.

The program fee varies by campus. For the 2026-28 batch, the total fee for IBS Hyderabad is INR 17.01 Lakhs, while campuses like Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune, and Kolkata charge around INR 9.09 Lakhs. The most affordable options include IBS Jaipur (INR 8.01 Lakhs) and IBS Dehradun (INR 7.02 Lakhs).
