Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (AVV) has announced the Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering (AEEE) 2027 schedule on its official portal at aeee.amrita.edu. The entrance test for BTech admission will be held between April 15 and May 7, 2027. The application window will open in November 2026.
AEEE is the gateway to BTech programmes at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham campuses. Candidates may also seek admission through their JEE Main percentile. This gives aspirants two separate routes to the same BTech seats.

Who Is Eligible to Apply for AEEE 2027?
Amrita has set clear academic and age cut-offs for the 2027 cycle. Candidates must meet both conditions to apply.
Date of birth must be on or after July 1, 2005. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent. A minimum 55 percent aggregate is required in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates must score at least 50 percent in each of these three subjects.

What Is the AEEE 2027 Exam Pattern?
AEEE is a computer-based test. The paper runs for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Candidates attempt 100 multiple-choice questions across five subjects.
The subjects covered are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Quantitative Aptitude. The paper tests both core engineering fundamentals and general reasoning ability.
