IFHE Faculty

The faculty at IBS Hyderabad are highly qualified, with most holding PhDs and possessing extensive industry experience, particularly in sales, where professionals have 15-20 years of experience. The faculty-to-student ratio ranges from 1:25 to 1:70, generally considered favorable for individual attention. Around 160 faculty members handle approximately 1700 students, with each section having about 80 students.

Faculty are approachable, supportive, and facilitate practical and theoretical learning. The evaluation includes NCP, mid-terms, and final exams, with a mix of absolute grading for newer batches and relative grading for others. The curriculum is relevant, incorporating core and elective subjects to prepare students for the corporate world. Despite some criticisms, the overall faculty quality is deemed top-notch, contributing significantly to student development.
