Remarks
I would say this college is a good college if anyone need a secluded and less competitive college for completing course in a friendly manner with friends and teachers. Teachers are very frank and friendly.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have read B.Sc Physics Honours course for 1 year and after my Honours cut I read B.Sc General course for 2 year in this college. Here teachers are very helpful and caring. Also there are enough laboratory items. And the final annual exam time and schedule are decided by West Bengal State University.
Placement Experience
After graduation course we can apply in different government exams, many private companies jobs and others also we can complete Masters Course from any University to get higher degrees and apply for higher level jobs. In this college we can get an amount of discount in college fees by showing proper documents if we are from poor family.
College Events
There are many events celebrated in our college like Freshers party, Saraswati puja celebration, annual sports function, annual prize distribution ceremony and others. These functions are held on the college premises and college ground.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college fee structure is Feasible and cheaper in respect to other colleges. We can pay it by monthly or annually as our wish. Also we can get an amount of discount in college fees by showing proper documents if we are from poor family.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I don't know about any scholarship or loan facility offered by our college. But female candidates can get a good amount of money from government if they listed their name in government's 'Kanyasree Project' which are done in our college.
Campus Life
There are enough equipments in our college laboratories. The library also has enough amounts of books. There are three big grounds beside our college where we can play and hangout. Also our college arrages educational tours for respective courses.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, senior students are helpful also the alumni network is very helpful regarding our problems. They are always there if any college student are in trouble. They help in every functions the college helds.
Admission
I have passed 12th with overall 60% marks. So applied in this college in B.Sc Physics Honours course. After some day a merit list published by the college and there was my name in that list. After that I paid the admission fees and got admission in this college.
Faculty
Our College strength is its competent and well qualified faculty. Faculty in the College are well regarded for teaching and learning. They are called upon to be part of Academic Councils, Seminars and Teaching programs.
