- Nothing such I have disliked, but some classrooms projector did not functioned properly
- Some time the guards unnecessarily behaved rude which I hated the most
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was appropriate and maintained as per ugc norms, it was well structured and there was core subjects of cse which was focused more. At the last two semesters there was specialization subjects like advance data analytics and business analytics in the curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
Our batch internship started from the end of 2nd year where at first I went to AILABS for learning Django there I also build a team project on eCommerce website After 3rd year there was various internship opportunities provided by the college. And final year internships were also provided I went to Euphoria Genx for learning Laravel
Placement Experience
The placement cell provides us with training programs and internships and also if the students are careful and disciplined in the classroms they can crack through job interviews. There is mock viva at the end semester and also some on campus hiring companies came in our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure when we took admission in the college was slightly less now it has increased and there is scholarship available for students with good merit , there is both college scholarships and also Swami Vivekananda's scholarship available which helped me a lot to cover up my semester fees.
Campus Life
The campus life was great as there are various cultural fests held in our college. There are many clubs on different domains and student can join more than one club of their interest. These clubs used to held competitions, like there was hackathons, robotics competition, quiz , debates, etc. There was sports events too inter college and intra college.
Admission
I choose The Neotia University as because one of my elder brother was also enrolled in this university who guided me through the university norms and well structured curriculum which motivated me to take admission over here and also the scholarship was also a great factor
Faculty
There is faculty for each and every domain, and the faculties are very supportive and helpful and always helped us with our problems. Our head of the department Usha Rani Gogoi ma'am has been very helpul and supportive through out course which helped us a lot in gaining technical knowledge. There are minor tests and semester exams held every semester and also there has been lab exams with viva included.
Night Life
There is gym for hostellers and day scholars could also avail it but there is specific time for that. The canteens both provide good quality of food withon affordable range. There is a library with good amount of books and reading facility.
