Entrance Preview

I got admission in Uiet, KUK on the basis of the ALL INDIA Rank in JEE-Mains Paper. I got 98 marks in that exam and I got the ALL INDIA RANK 245663. I selected this college as it is in the list of the top government colleges after IIT's and NIT's. Kurukshetra University also ranked at 10th number listing overall the country.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is normal as provided in all other colleges. But the college also contain different extra curricular activities beside the studies for developing or planting a new born engineers mind.

Internships Opportunities

As it is a government college, Many companies come for recruitment like Infosys, TCS, IBM, Indian Army, M&M, L&T, Wipro and many other MNC's. Students easily get the average package of 4-5 Lakhs and there is almost placement of every student in the campus.

Placement Experience

Almost all of the students get placed of CSE and ECE department with a very good packages. Placement drive of ME and BT students are little weak but there are many off-campus drive facilities are also their due to the presence of NIT Kurukshetra near to it. They usually offer 4-5 Lakhs package to a normal student.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no such scholarships are avail to the students but the loan facilities are their and also the fees cutter facilities for reserved castes and economic backward or poor students. The loans are not provided by the college itself but they provide private bank facilities to the students.

Placement is less for btech in reality eventhough online the college claim to provide placements on an average of rs 10 lakh but it was about 2 years ago or more than that , the placement is declining actually also the salary also declining After cmpleting this college i may consider preparing for some government exam. percentage of studets getting placed is declining in this college . This year although highest package was somewhere 40 lakhs although college claims to do it itself eventhough it was off campus still. college is claiming it

Campus placements begin from the 6th semester. The highest package offered so far is Rs. 40 LPA, and the average package is around Rs. 8 LPA. Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 6th or 7th semester for the campus placement And R College offer many companies, for example, at CL Maruti Suzuki, and there are many more which you can found in brochure. And the highest package of our colleges is 30 lpa. And the average package can be lie around 7 lakhs per annum. And percentage of student plays I don't really get it And after I got a degree, I'll plan on making some business rather than holding on some internships

I dont know much about this but- Placements stats for all the branches are very hood except civil( 60 to 75 %l which is somewhere better than any local college There is not much for civil engineers in private so gov jobs may be the good option

UIET Kurukshetra a place to be

the student must have completed 12th class their are direct 12 th basis admision and they accept jee marks also the allotment of the couse depends upon the raks an individual scores the application form are present on the university website as well they admission can be done in the HSSC counselling session which happen in the month of july to augest after the jee exams The reservation benefits are also their for SC, ST ,OBC, EWS categories the exams which college conduct are not so easy but not so difficult at same time But they don't give marks to the student...Read More
