Course Curriculum Overview

5

one of the biggest reason i opted for this course was the balanced structure it promised covering both theorticsl and foundations and practical application. overall the curriculam was partly relevent. the basics were taught really well. strengths were lab session, projects, internship they ensured we could apply concepts in practical scenerio. if we talk about area of improvement they should update the curriculam, increase industy ttieups and also add soft skill training

Internships Opportunities

5

most students starts applyiing from 3rd semester onwards, with the college training and placement cell actively guiding us. companies and roles offered- EY- unpaid internship for the role in HR feild TCS- 10,000-15,000 montly stipend in customer care feild local startups- roles in digital marketing, content writing also in sales feild (performance based stipend) and many more

Placement Experience

5

students typically becomes eligible for campus placements from 5th sem onwards. before that, the college encourages internships in the 3rd sem to prepare students for real world exposure. companies that visit the campus- infosys TCS edtech companies (mostly for sales) KMPG EY deloitte startups highest package for BBA is 12-16 LPA mostly profile offered if for sales and customer support finance and marketing is comparetivey less overall placement rate is 70-75% my plan after graduation is preparing for CAT

Fees and Financial Aid

Maharaja surajmal in Janakpuri offers variety of UGs and I selected BBA and for the bba program the fees for three years range from 3.2lakhs to 3.7 lakhs. 1st year - around 130,000 2nd year - around 130,000 3rd year - around 115,000

Campus Life

5

campus life at my college has been mix of academic, socical interaction and personal growth. one of the highlights has been the annual cultural fest, and technical fest. these events created vibrant energy on campus, bringing together students from different streams to showcase talent, innovation, and teamwork. the library was another strong point, classroom facilites were fairly mordern, on the extracurricular front, the college offerd several sports. clubs and students groups playes a huge role in making campus life engaging, overall my experience with campus life was enriching thanks to a balance of learning, social engagement, and opportunites for personal develpment

Admission

other colleges i applied to 1. vivekananda institue of professional studies 2. maharaja agrasen 3. delhi skill and entrepreneurship university i got confirmed in 1 and 3, while 2 didnt work out due to higher cut off the reason i chose my college was- location advantage, faculty reputation, placement track record admission process of my college was- eligibility- minimum 50-60% marks in 12th and rank should be under 1500 in CET preferred exam by students is mainly CET and CUET for MSIT cutoffs are usually high

Faculty

4

the faculty to student ratio is 1:50 around . this meant professor had to handle large classes, but most of them manage to maintain a balance teaching and individual attention. in general faculty member were approachable few were strict but overall experience was nice they were open to doubts, discussions, and even personal mentorship . best faculties i liked were ms. priyanka saluja, ms anshu punshi and nisha tokas their classes were interactive, filled with real life example , they all had good patience and they encouraged and guided us through projects very well. not all experieces were positive. few professors seemed disconnected, komal khatri - she mostly reads the books or slides and shows little interest in solving doubbts, her lectures were rushed and once she started hating you she'll never give you attendance. if we talk about exam each semester we had 2 exams one internal one external exams were moderate level, on average 10-15% of student struggle to clear exam. during my batch marking scheme was 25% internal and 75% external

Interview Experience

5

admission process was simple, transparent, and entirely merit driven . unlike other colleges that conduct interviews or group discussion ,my selection depended solely on CET performace. this made preparation focused, perdictable, and stress free

Night Life

5

unlike metro city university, nightlife at my college wasnt about clubs or parties every night, it was more about small joys , hanging with friends and unwinding after hectic classes. gym is not available in college but cafe usually closed around 9pm the library was open untill 8pm open ground are available around 10pm favourite hangout spots outside the college is THE SHAKE JUNCTION literally the best shake and also THE WAFFLE STREET best fries i ever had there the locality around the campus is reasonable safe

The average package is around 5-6LPA, with highest 10-12LPA for top profiles. Around 50-60% got placed. I planned to pursue an MBA and build my profile through certifications.

Placement Experience:

BBA students usually become eligible for campus placements in their final year, mainly during Semester V and VI. Before final placements, students also get opportunities for internships and training, which helps them understand the recruitment process and prepare better for final placements. A variety of companies from different sectors visit the campus for BBA placements, mainly from consulting, finance, marketing, and operations backgrounds. Well-known companies such as Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and other corporate firms have recruited BBA students in recent years. While the exact number of offers varies each year, a good number of eligible students receive placement opportunities through campus drives. The highest package has gone upto 17 lpa and the average package is 6-7 lpa It has around 60-80% students getting placed which is decent.

There's a placement program run for almost a month in our university. All the students are asked to attend that workshop and from skill building to communicating skills all are taught. So, once the students are in 3rd they are asked to appear for the interview and most students of our university do crack them with ease.
