Maharaja surajmal institute (MSI) review on BCA course

My course BCA is focused on learning languages and building critical thinking required in the real world. The curriculum is somewhat old but can be improve by adding latest languages and concept to it. the exam for each year consist of 2 main exams, one is the mid-term conducted by college and one is end-sem exam conducted by university which determine one's cgpa.

currently there is no facility for on campus internship. however on can surely apply for internship through of campus. mzny of my senior has secured internship through platforms like intershala, linkedin, etc

college provide campus placements and students are eligible for it in there final year. top companies like deloite, amazon, codeninja, etc visit our campus every year for placements and multiple rounds are conducted while giving placement interview. in 2024 the highest package was given around ?24,00,000 by accenture. 80% of the student are eligible for placement if the mentained enough cgpa. my plan is to opt for placement.

For the BCA programme at Maharaja Surajmal institute (MSI) fot the academic session 2024-25, the total fee for the first year is ?1,35,050. This includes a tuition fee of ?1,02,900, university charges of ?20,000, a one-time alumni contribution fund of ?2,000, a refundable security deposit of ?10,000 and a student's insurance fee of ?150. out of this, ?96,000 is deposited at the university, while the remaining ?39,050 is to be paid to the institute, Security deposit is ?10,000 it will be returned upon course completion. the fees structure for 2nd and 3rd is same without security and alumini contribution charges i.e ?1,23,050.

campus life in my college is great multiple events are held every month. in january month college avensis, this event contain events like sports day, tech fest and many more exciting events. aside from this college classroom and lab are also modern and equipt with latest technologies.

Maharaja surajmal institute is the top institute in ggsipu and renowened as the top college for bca course. It was my 1st preference because of its overall ranking and placements. my marks were enough to get me into this college. the exam accepted by my college is ipucet it is a mcq test which everyone has to give who wants to entroll in this college.

The faculty to student ratio is good and teachers are understandable and helpful towards students problems. whether it is related to career decision or personal matter. there is no teacher whom i like or dislike moreover all teachers are supportive.

students in college are not allowed to leave the hostel late at night. janakpuri where the college is situated is a premium locality with excilent security. the college is surronded with various cafe and i can assure you each cafe is good to try.
