- It got a vast campus with many departments and proper infrastructure
- The campus is surrounded by trees and forest which have a varities of flora and fauna
- Campus life is really good in university with proper placement and also there are lots of fests

- There is delays in result publication and campus has lots of snakes.
- The department in which i studied has no proper infrastructure and no proper equipment for experiments .
Course Curriculum Overview
This course covers from mathematics to biotechnology to pharmacy management also there are 3 exams in a semester two sessionals of 30 marks and one end semester exam of 75 marks after this course we can prepare for drug inspector and many more other posts
Internships Opportunities
There is one mandatory internship during 3rd year which you must complete . There is no stipend generally. Many students go to himachal , kolkata, sikkim, Guwahati for their internship. The duration of the internship is 150 hours
Placement Experience
There is no as such campus placement here but this year 15-20students got placed and i am planning for Mpharm after this course but not sure yet there are several scopes and the best one is drug inspector
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid around 40000 per year. Fees for every category is same. There is ishan uday scholarship. Many of my classmate got 80000 per year from the scholarship.there is a exam fees which we have to pay in the end of every semester and all the other fees such as development fees admission fees etc are included in the 40000 rupees which is being paid at the starting of the year.
Campus Life
There is pretty decent campus life in Assam University there is one annual fest named auskriti which is organised by student union. This fest is the largest fest of Assam University Silchar. There is one central Library which have more than 210,000books.
Admission
I've applied to several other courses but lastly after evaluating everything i got admission into this course which is in quite demand nowadays moreover this institution is near to my home so this is also a major reason
Faculty
In my department there are around 15 faculties and total of 200 students in the department. There are four female teachers. There are four non-teaching staff. The faculties are really good and Helpful. There are two semester exams and in each semester, there are two internals exams. The faculties of the Dept belongs from different places of country And are highly educated.
Interview Experience
There was one written test which was online as during my admission period it was covid period. There was hundred MCQ questions based on 12th syllabus. I just read 11th-12th books. But from last two years, the admission is based on CUET.
Night Life
There are there are 3-4 gyms one is specific for girls gyms are well equipped. there are many canteens near to every dept and one central canteen is there. Hostel in timing is approx 10pm. campus is quite safe to roam around night.
