VNIT (best NIT)

So the course curriculum still is followed is old in some departments but they are improving by the senior and new professors . The labs are good every equipments used is new and with no defects like 3rd tier colleges .it includes foundational courses like mathematics,physics VLSI and many other things . I would suggest this the best college for ECE and EEE core part they focus more on your knowledge and handson experience.

So talking about internship . The college is filled with internships opportunity so many people got offcampus internship and on campus too for on campus intern so many companies gonna come. Just be prepared with you resume . Companies will come in 3rd year inclunding google , microsoft , visa , arista , adobe , tcs , capegeminj, goldman sach offeing 1.5 lakh per month . You can apply for core and non core intern ship there so beautiful prepare with both . Otherwise depends on you in which field u want to go .if you opt for tech internship then do atleast 2 projects like web dev , ai/ml kr any core project would help .

Placements are descent depends upon your skills because ultimately company gonna pick you up . If they find you worthy then for sure u will be placed in good company with descent amount of package and I. Top branches like cse and ece placement rate is almost 100% . Be aware of the backlogs because this ruins your record so some company avoid you. Develop skills and apply .so many companies gonna come including Microsoft , adobe ,visa , goldman sach ,google , and many more with 30+ lpa package and intern ship is also good sso many students got intern in the tech as well as core .

Fee structure is pretty simple it's something 62000 per semester in which you can apply for scholarship according to you income if it's less 8 lakhs then you have to pay 2/3 of the fees and if you have less than 1lakh then full fee waiver option is there and for sc/st students its full fee waiver

Overall experience is I would say is best , the campus is so beautiful . And talking about fest events . So u must be knowing iqlipse nova he also came to sing and perform there so many tech events cultural events like aarohi , and talking about sports events they arrange ig (inter department gathering) is best event of the all time . All the branches involved in it all year students involved play against each other . U must have seen chhichhore I would it's better than that . U will experience the best moments of your life

So the hostel facility is gold u will get everything inside it self including stationery and canteen . They will provide personal lan with 1Gb data speed. But u r not allowed to keep any electronics things like kettle , iron , induction and all they will impose strict fines on you . Gaurds are well behaved except some so be in touch with them. For 1st year triple room you will get because the room is big but after wards you will get option of single seater and double seater from 2nd year . Same with girls hostel .and if you want to live outside the area is good there are coaching institutes around campus so you will get rooms easily with fair rent .and registration for hostel is with academic registration they will provide you hostel that time only

So i wanted MNNIT allahabad but the next preference was VNIT obviously. But in the jossa round I got this one . Earlier I got svnit which is also good but still comparison to VNIT it's still lack behind in infrastructure and curriculum. And for admission process you can approach VNIT website its all given there you need ready all the documents required with photocopies and when you go to college there is academic building where whole process happens . You have take you score card and allotment letter . Go there and they will tell the further process

As I said faculty is top notch ,some of them comes under 1% globally and they are focusing on core part more . I m from ECE and there are genius professors who supports students for project and innovation. If you want to do something under professor they will always support you even if your project and work is good they will arrange fund also . They will support you whole time when ever you need them .

No there no such thing like grp discussion it is just a simple process of admission like other colleges .and they offer other programs also like mtech phd you pursue that too . No need to prepare for interview there no such thing

So the night life is pretty well. Because 10:30 pm going outside is prohibited and if you go outside u can't come inside untill 6 am so avoid that . But during night the campus is so beautiful. U can roam everywhere inside the campus theres no restriction but there is bad news for 1st yr students becoz the campus is ragging free so they will apply restrictions on 1st yr studnet they are prohibited to go outside after 8pm from hostel itself . Teh mess is pretty good everything is there the break fast is so good and they listen to you the menu is in your hand you can suggest them to remove something if you don't like . And gym I would say is the best if this gym was outside surely its fess would never be less than 1500 all equipments are good in the good condition they are updated and the gym trainer is also supportive will support you through out your gym journey .
