The curriculum at VIT Pune is industry relevant with practical projects and electives that influenced my decision. It prepares well for real world roles. Exams are held twice a semester and are moderately tough. Improvement needed in including more hands on sessions and updated tools.

VIT Pune offers good internship opportunities through campus drives and alumni network. Companies like TCS , Infosys and Barclays offer roles in software dev , data analytics, etc. Stipends vary from Rs. 10k- 30k / month . Projects include web dev , ML models and app development with real time outcomes.

At VIT Pune , placements start form the 7th semester . Top companies like Microsoft, Infosys , TCS and Barclays visit. The highest package is aroung 54 LPA , average 10-11 LPA . Around 90% get place. I plan to pursue a job in data analytics or software development after graduation. And i do not have plan for doing further studies after BTech.

See first i will talk about yearly fees which is 192000 rupees for general category. Now i will tell fees by catoegory/caste wise : 1. Open/General : Rs. 192000. 2. OBC/EWS/SBC : Rs. 111641. 3. SC/ST : Rs. 5500. 4. Jammu and Kashmir : Rs. 30000. 5. TWFS : Rs. 30000. Now, about scholarship , are college provides lots of scholarship like : 1. OBC, SEBC, VJNT & SBC Welfare Department. 2. Directorate of Technical Education. 3. Directorate of Higher Education.

Campus life at VIT Pune is vibrant with fests like "Melange" (Feb) and "VIDYUT" (Oct). The library is rich in books , journals and digital resources. Classrooms are tech enabled. Sports, coding , cultural clubs and groups like ACM and NSS boost student skills and create a lively atmosphere.

I choose VIT Pune for its strong placements and curriculum. I also applied to COEP and PICT but missed the cutoff. VIT accepts MHT-CET/ JEE scores; I got in via MHT-CET . The admission process was smooth through centralized DTE counselling . Cutoffs are high for Computer Science and Information Technology branches.

VIT Pune offers a balanced academic environment with experienced faculty , a curriculum aligned with industry needs, and a supportive atomosphere for student growth. While there are areas for improvement , such as ensuring consistent teaching quality across all departments, the institute provides ample opportunities for students to excel academically and professionally.

VIT Pune has early closing times - library till 8 PM, gym and cafeterias close by 9 PM. Hostel in time is around 10:30 PM. Nearby hangouts like Kumar Pacific Mall, Cafe Peter and Vaishali are popular. The Bibwewadi area is generally safe at nigth . Students unwind through food, outings, or coding jams.
