Course Curriculum Overview
Sppu's syllabus is really very old and it doesn't help in today's world they teach us chemistry graphics mechanic's type subjects in first year of college but for an cs engineering what is the major use of chemistry or graphics ?
Internships Opportunities
As I mentioned I am in first year and I don't have much Idea about internships but yes everyone in college has to do mandatory internship in third year and from them somewhat 10 % for students get paid intership
Placement Experience
Well I am just in 1 st year so I don't know much about it but yeah college offers you avg package not too great but some students here are really talented they managed to get in good companies through off campus placements
Fees and Financial Aid
Open - 112000 EWS -64000 Obc-64000 I will be paying 64000 every year as I am an student from ews quota but maybe college fees might increase for this year students as the college is getting autonomous .
Campus Life
College have good library, good ground , small college campus area , some clubs here are really active and they have great achievements, college events are really very bad not at all worth it and they didn't even gave us freshers party nor dj night
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are worst , very small rooms not coloured only few are just to show newcomers ,very bad toilets , boys hostel can only accommodate 130 students and it has two wings both have only two water coolers and from that only one is working properly
Admission
I chose this college above others by seeing it's review as good college with good placements and decent events , YouTubers where mentioning it as top 5 college all I had in mind was about placement and in that I didn't try to find about college life and crowd here and it's not at all good
Faculty
Faculty is great , teachers are supporting. If you are ready to try they will help you Staff also promotes you to do extra things along with academics so that you have and overall great personality. College follows sppu syllabus and marking scheme till now but from this year college is getting autonomous so don't know much about the syllabus
Interview Experience
No not at all I didn't face any group discusson or interview or written test for the admissio. I took admission in college by mht cet exam and scored 94.13percentile in it . Although there is management quota in our college
Night Life
Gym is active till 7-8, cafeteria is closed till 6-7, library is closed till 6-7 , college don't have a good seating area and less space to roam in boys hostel in time is 10 and girls in time is 9:30.
