My personal interest in this field i took this feild More and more clubs should be made out for more explosure about this course Getting chance in various feilds can lead this course on the top like information technology

From 3rd year our internships get started And from 3rd we get eligible for the placements Companies come for the placements for starting till the end of the semester For 4th year most of the students get placements

Hostels are also much good In one room there are max two people/accommodation and hot water Hostel meal is not that good Hostel security is also good that way Registration process for our Hostel is also simple

As compared to the other top colleges the campus of our college is small And facilities is also not that good Space for students for any kind of time we want to More active sessions should be taken for thier respective branch

Faculty

Faculty to students ratio is way good as the Faculty is very much good and also supportive Teaching is also good And supports for envolvement in various clubs and activities Many activities are run by the Faculty itself Overall my experience is good

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. I chose this college because this college is very reputed in Pune for engineering specially electrical engineering. Admission process - You should apply through CAP process to get admission in this college. MHTCET + JEE, both scores can get you admitted in this college as there is also an all India quota. After the CAP processes are completed, you can also attend it's spot round as they are also conducted in a very systematic manner. Why this college over others? Pune vidyarthi gruha college of engineering and technology (pvgcoet) a overall great college with affordable fees

This is one of the top colleges In pune. This was the reason for me to choose this college. Comparing pvg with colleges like aissms, dy patil, modern, and many more pvg is far better in terms of placements. Didn't had the marks required to get to other colleges like vit viit pict coep pccoe etc so I choose pvg. I got a confirmed admission for keystone college but it is worse that pvg so I chose pvg. To get admission in pvg college you need to fill a form of cet. Mht cet is one of these examples. If you have passed 12th standard then apply for mht cet.
