Teachers are understanding as they reschedules the class when request
In our campus there is great canteen with various food items.
In campus there is parking area for the students

Dislikes

College is far from my home which kills my time
Our campus is bit too small for a renowned college
Are labs of all the subject are from 4 - 6 pm

Course Curriculum Overview

Well the curriculum preparing me for real-world applications very effectively also for further academic pursuits like abroad studies. Some exams are made lengthy and some are easy as well as lengthy in which the exam becomes bit complex.

Class Size: 61Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

This is my first year so i really don't know about the companies and roles offered under internships with stipend. But i heard from our seniors that there are good numbers of companies in which we could get to do internship.

Fees and Financial Aid

1st Year - 240000 2nd Year - 250000 3rd Year- 270000 Yes the fees is increasing per year. I have not seen the fees structure but the yearly fees is known to most of the students. The fees mentioned is same for the other courses as well.

Campus Life

0In our college the main annual fest is held nearly by the end of march which known as MOKSHA which is an extra ordinary experience in itself. The facilities and technological provisions within the classrooms like there are smart boards installed and also there are A.C in the classroom. There 2 sports event are held one is winter sports and other is Summer Sports.

Admission

Yes i was thinking of getting admission in DTU at the first place. No i was not rejected by the college i have applied in the first place but it was due to the less number of seats were available. Admission process is simple you give a qualifying exam that's an entrance test after which we get our ranks and on the rank bases we get admission on various college we have applied accordingly.

Faculty

In our campus most of the faculty members are very responsible and they are more likely to be relaxed kind of persons except few. Few of them are boring and kind of bossy person. Yes most of the faculty members are approachable by the students

Night Life

In campus our cafeteria opens at 8:30 Am and it gets closed at 7Pm late evening. There is a library which opened and gets closed as per the college timing. Hostel faculties are there but in the main campus. I am not living near the college so i can't tell the life at night.

Admission and carrier development cell is there in the college and provides good support but for average packages but for top packages only on your own self you have to grab them. One campus packages are between 3 lakhs 5 lakhs up to 10,20 lacs and highest once even up to 64 lakhs but off campus goes up to crore.

Great Placements but Campus needs improvements

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 90% students gets placed. The top companies are Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google and Adobe. The highest package is 53 lacks and the average package is 20 lacs. I plan to become a software engineer after i complete my course or study further.

FOT is the next IIT DELHI

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the course because of my interest in electrical and the faculty of electrical is very supportive about innovations and experiments, the curriculum here is based on the new education policy, they also teach financial literacy and english fluency which prepares you for the real world , they could improve the syllabus little bit ,it is slightly outdated . I got into this college through the JEE mains exam I selected this college specifically to take admission in the computer science branch as it has great placements over all. Comparing this college to DTU or some mid level iits I would say that as far as placements are considered they all line on the same level and did you as a little bit chiller college life compared to nsuity but yes overall the placements are more or less the same level of these colleges...Read More

The College Quest

I got EE (Electrical Engineering) in DTU but I preferred NSUT ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) just because of my branch priority. Admission process of NSUT is quite simple, you have to give JEE Mains and then participate in JAC counselling. There are different cut-offs for different categories and there is 85% quota for Delhi students as well. I wanted Computer/IT which I was getting in NSIT. Also it was close to my house so that was a plus. Admission process was simple. Apply on josa website and select your branches and wait for the results.
