First Year at NSUT

Course curriculum is very vast and informative, as my branch is civil, so it consits of all the required informations. Real field and technical information is given. All the knowledge required to be a good civil engineer is provided.

i am currently in my first year can not say about internship or training programs, but i know they will definitely arrange them for us, they even said that we can have a training set up at PWD or any other govt office.

There are many opportunities of placements, The training and placement cell will help a lot as said by my seniors. But my plans after completing the placement is to prepare for Govt exams. Do not want to take placement.

I am currently in my 1st year of my course. I have paid around 240000 rupees as my first installment if tution fees. I have not opt for any hostal. For every year onwards 10000 rupees fee increases for the period of four years.

The overall experience of campus life fantastic, very playful and happening. Good in socialising aspects also, Clubs and societies are also very active in the campus, they push everyone to be a part of it.

Main reason was that it is loacated in delhi, near from my stay, and good quality of education. Admission procedure was very simple after giving Jee Mains, I registered to JAC delhi and waited for counselling, on the third round of it I gor this.

All the faculty members are except a few but they are still manageable. In my course there are two exams each semester, midsem of 20 marks and endsem of 50 marks and the rest 30 marks are in teachers hand including Class test, practical, attendace, etc.

Nightlife anound the campus also very lit, good eat out spots, metro stations is very near, loy of fast food chain. Even though it is in middle of the city is very safe for boys as well girls, You can have your freedom.
