i have liked events and sports conducted by the college
i like some lectures teaching and the way they teach
i like the college is in the one of the top colleges list

Dislikes

campus area is not enough i think and infrastructure of the campus
some lectures won't teach clearly and they will not take any care sometimes
class room infrastructure and feees is too much for non karnataka

Course Curriculum Overview

i have choosed this course due to my rank in the exam. faculty will say about seniors how they have got placement and they also help you to stand out from others the frequency of exams will be after 3 months of college starts

there will be several companies who offer internship with stipend but it will start in 3rd year for every semester the faculty will give u several projects to do as assignment and internships are quite good in this college i mean not that bad

Placement Experience

from 7th semester students will start to get offers from the companies to the college there will be several companies visits our college and there will be students got placed also and students got highest package by going through off campus also

Fees and Financial Aid

for non karnataka students fees will be 295000 and for karnataka students fees will be 95000 and for sc and st fees will be 35000 to 40000 and for management it's depends on branch wise for cse it will be 100000 per year

Campus Life

there will be fest called manthan every year organized by the college and there will be sports meet every year organized by the college there will be every book you required in the library and there will be several clubs in the college if u have interest to join

Hostel Facilities

hostel is very old hostel and rooms will be ok means not that good but not that bad food will be good means not bad and registration for the college hostel will be after the completion of admission in the college

Hostel Fee: INR 110000 per year

Admission

i have got some colleges in hyderabad but i have chosen this college because it is in middle of bangalore it is easy for transportation and also it is in one of the top colleges in bangalore and to get into this college there will be three methods one is comedk and other is kcet and other is diploma

Faculty

the relationship between students and faculties will be friendly i like padmanabham sir because of his nice relationship with students there will be two internals for 1st year and from 2nd year there will be 3 internals and there will be semester end exams for every semester it will be mostly previous year questions

Night Life

at night college will remain closed because the college timings is 8 to 5 and Sunday it will be closed if u want to hangout in the college i think best place is canteen there will be toilets in every floor of the college

Likes

Academic Curriculum- they constantly upgrade the subjects which needs to be taught
Labs - very well equipped labs for all branches.
You can choose to drop a lab and do it in winter break or summer break

Dislikes

very less holidays only 3rd saturday is holiday and they dont give holidays for jayantis and all
Auto drivers near the college. this is pure daylight robbery

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Likes

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time
Good infrastructure with well equipped labs, library, sports
Adds extra curricular activities like teaching AI and other trending topics in college

Dislikes

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good
Hostel food is not that great and needs improvement in the quality of food
Thought schedule everyday hard to cope up with everything

Good the teachers find the best ways to make the subject interesting and teach us in the most interesting way they will help the weak students to feel the subject as a cake walk and help all the students out in the same way

Infrastructure is well established and good
Security for Students is very high and no ragging
Food is very good and feels like a restaurant

Dislikes

Lack of events and only the educational events
Only one playground for cricket and also remaining
security are very rude but some are bit friendly

Placement Experience:

Yes our college provide placements, from final year that is 7th semester they will allow for placements, Many companies visited our college like tcs, Cognizant, indegene, microland etc and average package is 400000 and highest is 1500000 it given by oracle, Nearly 60 percent students got that is either in both technical and non technical jobs, my plans to join a IT company

Good Learning

Likes

Faculties are really well experienced by character all the faculties are humble and polite.
The college has good Infrastructure and the campus is surrounded with Trees it is very peaceful campus.
Placement support are really good with lab facilities where skill rack, NPTEL, Infosys springboard, MongoDB, IBM platform is provided for level up our skills.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are fairly good and students become eligible for campus placements from the final year, usually from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the campus every year and offewre opportunuties in different roles such as software developer,analyst, technical support, and other entry-level positions.

The Well maintained Infrastructure of around 20 acres
The support for non academic activities like sports and cultural
Supportive nature of few faculties for tech competitions both for participating as well as for organising

Dislikes

There is no much needed coordination among faculties
The student teacher bonds are not good for all faculties
Some over helmed rules regarding discipline and cleanliness

Placement Experience:

Well in case of placements it's not upto the mark because, As it's a Government college for companies there will be a zero promotion. One more thing is there is no separate funds to accommodate the officials came to the college for placements And the college is not working with 100% efficiency towards placements of students

Campus Life and Social Interaction : Vibrant campus Life : The campus offer a dynamic environment with multiple student clubs , technicals societies , cultural fests ,and sports events students engaage in regular extracurricular activities.
Faculty Experience and Mentorship : Experienced faculty : The faculty at SVIT is often described as appreciable , knowledge, and supportive . professors are well - versed in there respective fields ,and many have industrial experience .
Placement support : Strong placement record: SVIT hasa good placement record ,with many students securing in top - tier companies like TCS , Wipro , Accenture, Infosys,. The college guidence through placement offers traning .

Dislikes

Collaborative Environment : Group project and assignment is core elements of curriculum with many course designed to involve group work and collaborative projects.
Cultural Activities : Are not celebrated more in semister
Collaborative learning : Communication barrier in larger teams especially working with different backgrounds or academic disciplines.

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

A good college life

Likes

The Campus is student friendly and interactive
Students engage with each other and help each other in academics
Faculty here is very good and they are expert in their fields and interact with students

Dislikes

As such I don't have anything that I dislike
Campus is bit small but it looks good and great
Overall campus is good with basketball court and football ground

Placement Experience:

• Students become eligible for campus placement from the 5th semester itself • Companies like TCS, WIPRO , INFOSYS, TECH MAHINDRA, HCL , IBM , AMAZON etc do visit college every year and a good amount of 80 to 90 offers are made per year • Highest package offered here is 13 lpa and the average lpa is around 5 to 6 lpa • Almost every student gets placed here with a good lpa • My plan is to get a good job from here and secondly preparing for higher studies

Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Dislikes

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
