Govt Ayurveda College Thripunithura

The course is helping and moulding the ayurveda doctors for the society. The subject will be tough during the beginning due to the sanskrit language and later it will become easy to understand and remember the shloka. The difficulty level of the exams is range from moderate to hard.

The Annual tution fees for general category students is 14500 and an amount of 4000 ( may be it varies)should have to pay as special fees, sports fees etc . The reserved category students in Kerala government like SC , ST, OEC students didn't have to pay any fees during the admission. The education for reserved category students those who live in Kerala is completely free. Some amount should have to pay as compulsory as PTA fund , college union fees during the admission time. The scholarship which provided by Kerala government like E- grantz will get from this College. MCM scholarship, Scholarship for Lakshadweep students also available.

The college union will conduct annual sports meet, arts fest, Holi celebration, Onam celebration, Christmas, Iftar celebration. Annually the Students federation of India unit in the college will conduct the PK Rajan memorial Inter ayurveda college football tournament which is a nine's football tournament Competition with all ayurveda college in Kerala.

The Hostel having very friendly environment and includes the sufficient rooms. Two inmates have to share one room which is also spacious. The hostel monthly rent is 240 per person. The hostel mess is running by the students union and an amount of 3000 rs will have to pay for the monthly food.The hostel mess provides vegetarian and non vegetarian food

I applied for the Trivandrum ayurveda college. Because it was nearer to my home. This College is my second higher option . This College is the second largest govt ayurveda college in Kerala. There are around 50 Doctors available for the teaching. All faculties are post graduates on there respective subjects. Now the NCISM curriculum is going on. For that there are three professional have to study the university exam for each professional year will be held on one and half years. 5 subjects for first professional, 6 subject for second professional and 8 subjects for third (final) professional exam

The college will open on 7 AM and closed on 6 PM. The library will be available from 10 AM to 5PM. The Hostel timing is from morning 5:30 AM to night 9:30 PM. The Gym is available for every students in selected timings for girls and boys. Inside the campus the night life is safe and surveillance camera and street lights are available throughout the campus
