My experience in SVNIT.

Course is excellent in terms of study and as well as for placement. College has improvised the syllabus. And they are focusing more on placement now so expect a high placement from now and onwards. Exam are in moderation level.

This year placement is down for some reason. Not that much btw. But now college is focusing on improving it so no need to worrying about that. Placement percentage is about 80% and average is around LPA for chemical engineering of couse.

Tution fee is around 1,30,000rs per year and for scholarship so you can get fee remission. Of your fathers income is below 1 lakh you get full tution fee remission and if between 1 lakh to 5 lakh you get 2/3 of fee remission and above 5lakh you get nothing. Besides they offer other national and state government scholarship.

There are lot of social and cultural club out there and many of them are doing great. A lot of club activities are there like mind band. 30 activities are not engaging and fun. Aunties club also improve our attractions with senior and helps at a lot to communicate each other.

Hostel facilities are great they provide Wi-Fi Alen and electricity. Food is really good if you manager expectation. But you can't live outside the hostel if you are not local so keep that in mind. Oral hostel is great and mesford is quite ok.

I chose this college because of my home state quota and this college is 2nd best in Gujarat after iit gandhinagar for btech. So that's my reason. For admission you need good percentile in jee mains exam around 95-99 percentile.

Facultys are great. Schedule is little tight but it depends on course but it's manageable so no need to worry. For example we have mod sem and end sem in every 6 months. Marking scheme follow basic of 1wth board so no need to worry about it.

There is a gym and their cigaret cafeteria in campus. Hostel closing time is 10:30 pm. And we have night contain as well which provided a lot of variety of foods which are very good. And for hangout places there's a park just beside the college and there are lot of beaches nearby.
