there are so many comapnies like MSC , damico , dynacom tankers , fleet management ltd, wallem , dockendale and many more which gives around 500$ per month stipend during your sea time and it is not provided during your pre sea training . pre sea training is allour expenses.

For DNS youll be getting sponsorship before getting into college admission . so there is no need to fear about college placements. and IMI has various types of MNC companies tied up with the college. after the completing one year course youll be out at sea for 18 months contract as a trainee cadet .

7,00,000 per annum is the fees which you are going to pay fees for the diploma in nautical science course tution fees is 150000 Hostel fees is 150000 Books and uniform is 15000 and other fees like STCW and cdc passport everything is included in that itself. For women there will be 50% reduction on fees . there will be no fees reduction for SC\ST cadets. travelling and other expenses should be paid by yourself itself, it'll be not covered by institute

there is no such technical festivals celebrated in IMI . but we celebrate many national festovals like NATIONAL MARITIME DAY , INDEPENDENCE DAY , REPUBLIC DAY and many more national festivals are celebrated . Here we also celebrate Sports day anually twice or thrice in the campus . here more cincentration is given on sports and facility provided is also very good. so i would recomend anysports candidate to eroll here .

In the classroom you can have projector and computer with internet facilities . and wifi facility is provided to students which is including the college fees . we are supposed to stay in campus everytime since it is a residential course . the cost of hostel fees is around 150000\- INR . quality of meals is extraodinary

IMUCET is the entrance eligibilty exam required to clear . academically and mentally strong candidates are preffered more . before IMUCET you have to clear company sponsorships and interviews of comapany. Mine seat was also confirmed in GEIMS also .

In IMI greater noida we have top notch faculties here in the institution . there is no second thought about this . so i would I would recomend anyone . it would be great if you have in hand company sponsorships with the cadets to not get into trouble later on. this college is affiliated to IMU Universty [ INDIAN MARITIME UNIVERSITY ] . Before joining any maritime college check wether it is approved by DG Shipping or not . facultis in this college are very good and fanatstic . sometimes teachers will be changing because some of them are not permanent so . There are 11 subjects including practical for 1st sem and same continues for the 2nd sem also . out of 155 12 members managed to fail in the 1st sem and at last all of them cleared the exam at one go. so it is recomended to clear all exam at one go. in this dns course .we will be having 2 sem in this course and exam all will be conducted from IMU university.

IMI maintains a disciplined and structured environment, reflecting the proffesional standards of the maritime industry. consequently , and also on shore leave time you can visit delhi often siince it is nearer to IMI gr noida and aslo you can explore nearby places . all facilities like hostel , library , gym cafetaria (canteen) all are very good . roaming at night outside the campus is not allowed at all .
