Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course was developed my Mumbai University. Our college had internal examination for each subject twice in one semester. We had a semester pattern for each year. In addition we also had Viva or quizzes or case studies. We had Semester exam as well. Our final year had Live Project submission.

Internships Opportunities

There is no internship for this course. However , we dealt with clients during our Live Project in the final year. Also ,back in my days ,it was more of a theoretical course and not practical course.

Placement Experience

3.5

This course has placements and job opportunities as well. Few companies like Wipro ,igate patni ( now owned by Capgemini ) came to our college campus. Also, our students went as a pool campus to companies like Bristlecone , Tech Mahindra, TCS. Of course there is a percentage criteria to be eligible for a placement. To get a job,you had to clear various interview levels which were different from organization to organization. But our college faculty, students and alumni also helped us in getting jobs via Off campus.

College Events

4.5

Our college had events celebrating Traditional day , Rose Day, Chocolate Day. In addition, we had sports events like Cricket, football, basketball in our college campus. Our college had one of the best campus. We as IT and CS students had our own Festival having LAN GAMES ,stock exchange, cat exams and various other Events. We also had cultural festival and our alumni were invited, students were rewarded for their efforts.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I found the fee structure to be at par as compared to other colleges for the course. Our college had good faculty, reputation, infrastructure, canteen , nice students, library, lab , hostel for boys only , reading hall.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not availed any such facility. But our college had Grant to people of caste Quota. They were paying almost 1/20th of the fees. They had different passing percentage to get admission into the course. They were given books from the library for one year. Apart from that, the college has been considerate in giving merit based scholarship to some students. But the amount was minimum. The college did not have implicit loan facility, but the college ensured smooth process for students applying for Bank loan. Also the college provided installment facilities as well.

Campus Life

4.5

Our college had good labs be it computer, chemistry, physics, biology. Our college had library so that you can take books at home. It also had one reading hall wherein you can sit and study. Our college had good sports team for softball, basketball, throwball, cricket for both men and women.

Hostel Facilities

4

We had Hostel for boys only. It was a decent one. It was also reasonable in expenses. The hostel was in the college campus itself. It had all the basic amenities and was on sharing basis. The hostel had a Warden and a fixed set of rules.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior Students were helpful in providing us notes. They were more of our friends and not our seniors. Alumni from Ruparel college have a good name in most organizations. Our alumni had been very instrumental in preparing us from interview perspective, skills , communication , job sharing , personality development, telling us which skills to learn.

Exam Structure

We had Semester pattern. It is a 3 year program. The 2 semester of final years were conducted by University of Mumbai. Course was developed my Mumbai University. Our college had internal examination for each subject twice in one semester. We had a semester pattern for each year. In addition we also had Viva or quizzes or case studies. We had Semester exam as well. Our final year had Live Project submission.

Admission

Merit List. They've 1 merit list. My name was displayed in the 1st merit list. The list is displayed based on your overall percentage in 12th standard as well as overall marks in Maths in 12th standard. Initially, the first list is displayed consisting of 90 students. Once the list is displayed, then the fees should be paid for the 1st year within next 4 days. If fees are not paid by any student then the name gets canceled from the list. 2nd list is only displayed if there are still seats left in the college.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is good and considerate. They were helpful in helping our resum, personality skills, communication , project help, mentoring. The faculty kept us aware of the latest technology keeping in mind of the latest trend.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are limited in the college. A few companies visit during the final year, and students usually becomes eligible fromo the last semester. The packages offered are generally modest, mostly for entry-level roles. Only a small percentage of students get placed thorugh campus drives, while many prefer to apply off-campus for better opportunities. The college provides basic placement support such as info about job openings and guidance, but students need to build their own skills and prepare independently. After completing the degree, students prefer to pursue higher studied, professional courses, or entry-level IT jobs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

like i was sure that i want a course that will give me experince about AIML with subjects like 3D design + Coding + Envoirmental studeis and all. and the course from the sandip actually have all these subjects in a single course thats why i choose this course. curriculam was good it was updated on time. the course helps me to land a internship with goverment cause i learn the basics of AI from this course. the ares of improvements should be the faculty members like they are horrible sometimes they dont even make the notes for the subjects they ask students to make notes and shared with other students. even one of the faculty member shared a playlist form youtube for a specific subject and ask us to take notes from it and prepare for exam not a single leccture he takes at that time. the frequency of the exam is also not that good cause the want us to prepare for the final semster exam which is of 6 months in just 3 months with all the paper works , projects , assignments etc etc.

Placement Experience:

After taking admission in the college, the placement drive is started for the student immediately from the second semester. All the information about which is sent to the class wise group and if the student is eligible, you can apply immediately after seeing your experience. The experience is very beautiful. You learn new things. You also understand how the interview round is conducted and what the eligibility is. Most of the companies that come to the college include renowned companies like Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Deollite, etc., which hire students. The biggest package of Rs 7 crore per NM has been given so far from Sandeep University in the entire Nashik district.Which is a matter of great pride. Sandeep University is the only college where the largest job fair seminar in Maharashtra is attended. In which students from all over Maharashtra come and give live interviews to companies that have come to the college, give their region and announce hiring on the spot. Therefore, this college provides the greatest opportunity for students to meet all the renowned companies under one roof in one place. During the interview, the student's critical thinking skills and his/her inclination are shown rather than CGP and marks to determine whether he/she is eligible or not. In my experience, the college provides such strong education that at least four students are placed in companies every week. I am currently completing my graduation and will be starting my career immediately after that.

Not sure but I've heard a bit that students are eligible for campus placement since the 5th or 6th semester. If one has enough skills, then they'll be able to get a job of a huge package even while being a fresher. The college offers placements but you'll only get placed if you prove yourself to be better than everyone else in the room.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
