Faculty
BMSCE currents has an intake of around 60 students per batch and is usually supported by a faculty of 12. The faculty to student ratio therefore would be 1:5 approximately. This shows their priority to personalized attention and mentoring. The faculties are friendly, approachable, and experts in their respective fields. They provide a supportive environment conducive to learning. Notably, Dr. Chetan A. Nayak, the professor and HOD is well appreciated for his leadership and his immense contributions to his field. The UG program is well-designed to include Basic Sciences, Professional Core & Electives, and Engineering Sciences. The examination system includes regular internal assessments and end of semester examinations.
Night Life
The campus is equipped with well-maintained gyms, cafeterias, and large open parks for relaxation and personal study hours. Since the hostel is on-campus, the nightlife is pretty vibrant and alive. The most infamous places to hangout here are the parks near the library, the cafetria, the small shop near the hostel that sells Bun & Chips.
