Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is good but there should be some changes. Practical should be more than theory. But eventually it helps us in real world applications and further academic pursuits . Exams are moderate.
Placement Experience
From 7 th semester of course curriculum students become eligible for campus placements . Companies like uts , birla and many more visit our campus. Average package is 9.5 lpa . Highest package was 19 lpa and lowest package is 6 lpa . This data is from last year .
Fees and Financial Aid
We have total 6,11,000 fees for four year . We have scholarship also . Tuition fees per semester is 62,500 . If your family income is less than 1 lack than you will get full remission on Tuition fees . If your family income is between 1 lack to 5 lack than you will get 2/3 remission on Tuition fees.
Campus Life
Sparsh the biggest annual festival of gujarat Mindbend the biggest tech festival of gujarat. Also we celebrate festival like janmashtami, holi , navratri and many more . There are lots of books available in our library. We have hardly buy 1 or 2 book in whole 4 years . Also we have ncc and nss here .
Admission
I have applied for 2-3 nits . But my first choice was svnit . Because of the environment of campus and peacefully nature of svnit . Also svnit have good placement. You have to give jee mains exams in 12 th science with pcm . You can get here admission through jossa and afrer that csab. The process is easy .
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is around 1 faculty per 20 students as per my knowledge. There are total two exams per semester. Mid semester and end semester. Mid semester is of 30 marks and end semester is of 100 marks which convert into 50 marks. Exam level is moderate.
Night Life
We have gym inside the campus. We also have sports like volleyball, basketball , cricket, kho kho, kabddi , football and many more . Hostel intime is 10:30 p.m. Which should be increased. Also many cafeteria are available near svnit.
