- Most of the AC are not in working condition
- Floods on rainy days , even a tiny rain is enough to cause flood
- Rules for attendance of students aren't strict enough
Course Curriculum Overview
* My aim is to do MBA therefore I choose this course * I'd give 7/10 for its real world applications * They should install screens and sound boxes in every class * Sessionals are held after 2 months of the semester and finals are held in the 4th month
Internships Opportunities
* Reliance telecom, IndiGo , Tata motors but most of these are paid internships and students choose the internship as per their desire * They are offered projects like preparing the excel sheet and are paid for doing in within a specified period of time
Fees and Financial Aid
* This year I paid Rs.0 , since under fee waiver scheme if a student belongs to a family whose income is less than 2 laakh per year their admission is free * Others are required to pay a total sum of 7200 on admission , 3 rd semester, 5 th semester and 700-800 on the remaining semesters * They approve for a number of scholarships , one of the major and most popular is ishan uday.
Campus Life
* Commement day , freshers , annual sports event, farewell , Bihu etc * Mostly economic books are available and financial as well , along with academic books * Sports isn't focused enough although although extracurricular activities like ncc , nss are top notch * student run groups are very well organised, one of the prime exam is "Smile Makers" , they help people in need by providing good , clothes and as well as blood donation campus
Admission
* Because it's the best college when it comes to commerce * I didn't apply to any other colleges * First you'll have to apply online, you'll atleast need 75% if you passed out from AHSEC and 85% if you're passed out from CBSE
Faculty
*63:3000 approx * The relationship is good and they are approachable * I liked JKB sir the most , he's also one of the best faculties * Ramen barman, because he's too strict * There are 2 exams , sessionals and final examination , they are easy and almost everyone clears it , yes it's ver much relevant
Night Life
* Yes there is a gym , a canteen , a library * Breakfast is served in hostel on the same time everyday and the same goes for lunch and dinner as well * Outside the college - Gandhi mandap , digholi pukhuri etc , and the locality is so friendly so it's safe for everyone to roam arround at night

Gauhati commerce college seemed to be a better choice since their results are better when it comes to b.com
