My little world is my college life

Course curriculum is very much important to choose the course. In B. Tech food technology course curriculum is very much good. There are more than 8 subjects in every semester. There is no repitation of course in 4 years. In 4 years I learnt above 70+ food related subjects.

In the final year 1st semester after 3 months there is a internship for 3 months. Internship held in the karnataka only. And selection of students for internship is based on 7 semester CGPA. Internship held in 3 months. In the time of internship we learnt lot of things by course coordinator and senior officers.

When I entered the campus I was so much feared, because of seniors. But in this college my seniors and roomates are so much beautiful souls. I enjoyed each and every moment in campus, class, library ,lab. In library there is more than 10000 books are there. When we go to education tour it was a life time memory. AIET(all india education tour) is the best memories of my entire life. Hot and internship, NSS Is also best memories of my life.

Hostel facility is not too much good. But, in my college there is 3 floors 3 building for girls hostel. Hostel hygiene is very good. Hostel food taste and quality is average. There is a lot of problems related to current,water, hot water for bath. And my accomodation for year is around 25k to 30k. There is separate hostel bill for non veg and egg.

In Karnataka there is only 2 govt Food technology colleges. 1 is Dharwad university and 2nd is Hassan college. I choose the Hassan college because, the Hassan college is under GKVK( Gandhi krushi vignana Kendra) this is top agriculture University in Karnataka. That's why I choose the Hassan college for the food technology course. And here education is also good.

Dean, HOD, 10 lectures for 60 students Veena Ma'am and Shivabasappa Sir is the best of best lectures. Because they are the teachers and HOT( hands on training) final year course teachers. They both are very brilliant and very much intelligent in grain production technology.

My favourite place in campus and hostel is my room. In my room there is a lot of memories, emotions, jokes, late night studies, little bit seriousness. In campus my class room and lab is my favourite spot. And also my favourite places are pergol,gym, dining table, tv hall, auditorium, field, agriculture field.
