Course Curriculum Overview

I am pursuing Bsc(H) Electronics and i will say that it's curriculum consist's a very genuine stuff and subjects , as it will help students to make their intrests and Career related to core field of Electronics.

Internships Opportunities

Yes My college does provide Internships programs. I recently registered for Internship fair in my college and profiles were - Financial Advisory Marketing and sales Research Web designing and Devolopment Content Writing. Etc. Stipend will be as you ability and Position. In average 6-7k

Placement Experience

Placement is quite good in our college , for courses like B.Com(H) , Eco(H) , Stats(H) , Electronics(H). Many companies visits in our college every year. So yes , Job Opportunities are good for a those who are seeking.

College Events

A lot of events are celebrated in our college as there are several societies here. Our college Conducts Student Union Elections every year. Nexus ( College Fest ) Event Inter dept. Sports Cultural fest. Dance comp. *TEDxSVC* Freshers Music Comp. NCC , NSS , Women Empowerment Cells and many more to explore.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As it is a govt. Organisation Under University of Delhi Its Fee structure is quite feasible Like every courses have different fee structure , Depending upon the Course and facility they provide under that. Mine is 13510 only.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are offered by some external companies if one is good at their academic performance or good in some of their ECA. Here for those who are poor and not able to give fee are facilitated by Fee Concetion protocol. where they can apply and get some % of their tution fees back.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activies are quite high in our college , They Include no. Of socities for students like Dance , Musics , Art and Crafts , NSS , Sports , Poetry , Debates , Political Societies etc. Labs are Satisfying.

Hostel Facilities

Our College has two hostels One for Boys and Dor Girls. Infrastructure of both are quite attractive and Well maintained.surrounded by Greenry Facilities are normal Which includes , Mess Food , Gym , Halls , Clean Rooms etc.

Alumni/Alumna

I dont have words to tell about Alumni network but yes our seniors students are helpful and active. There held a weekly meeting under every dept. Name as "Mentor" Where we Interact with our Seniors and they guide us about what to do. How to achive.

Exam Structure

Our College follow CBCS system that means here we go with two semesters in a year. In every semester there are A bunch of credits we have to score.consisting of Attendance , Assignments , Internals and after then External exam. So with this easy and good exam structure it gets easy score and learn.

Admission

On the basis of my 12th Board Result , with my Score in Physics , Chemistry and Maths. I got admission here in 2nd cutouff List as my PCM aggregate was 94. And here merit goes too high. As DU is known for.

Faculty

Faculty of our college is Good ! I will give 3.5/5. As for freshers , it is difficult to manage with them. But later with time they'll be co-operative and helping. Not to forget it's college not School , they will not be doing spoonfeeding to everyone , it will be you who will be facing problems they are just to give you directions there if needed.

The students become eligible for placements after second year or even third year. Companies like Google, Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, McKinsey, etc visited our college for placements and recieved over 200 placement offers in the latest year 2025. Highest package of Hindu College is 36.5 LPA and the average package is 11.4 LPA. Hindu College has a high placement rate of 95% of eligible students securing a placement here. My plan is to prepare for UPSC or SSC-CGL after my degree.
