Likes

The faculty members are so supportive regarding the course and provides everything according to students needs.
The hostel facility is very good and safe there.
The college follows strict rules and regulations.

Dislikes

The college compound is not that improved though its not that bad.
Classrooms need to be more beautiful and friendly to attend classes.
Infrastructure is not well enough, like laboratories, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

Examination timing is of 3 hours. Teachers go through the curriculum very well and accordingly teaches us. The areas to improve is to give notes to the students as much as they can. Having such teachers is really a blessing

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee is not that much and it provides high value education and the faculty is also very polite. Course is affordable. Students have to pay admission fee and a amount for registration fee, examination fee, etc that cost not more than 600 .

Campus Life

Campus is wonderful with a pond just you enter the college, the view of the college is mesmerizing as the trees surrounds the pond and buildings beside them, and also the hostel in black and white, looks so good.

Admission

I heard about the college so much, DCB Girls College is famous for the course I had choosed, and many of the alumini passed out with very wonderful marks from the institution. I applied there for that.

Faculty

The college held two sessional exams and then final exam per semester. Questions given are already discussed in the classroom by our teachers. The marks distribution is very well defined. The department of chemistry faculty members are really hardworking.

Interview Experience

No we are given admission on the basis of merit from previous examination. After Higher secondary the degree admission is on basis of merit not any written examination. But it is different in different subjects

Night Life

It gives you an aesthetic vibe at night time, the college campus is filled with lights and lights. The silence in the campus is nothing but peace. Everyone likes walking in the campus in the evening time

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the course because I dont have so much money to study for btech and all and also I didn't prepare for jee or neet so, the next thing come is mind is bsc that is in botany or zoology as I liked bio more than any other subjects. Yaa by reading botany I can know many things about plant and trees. The improvement that they can do is release a book according to the syllabus by the university and also add few more new teachers such that student can be friendly with them and ask their doubt . For me I think exam timing should be done... Like one before durga puja and one around December . And the difficulty level should be easy .

I choose this college because i overhead that zoology faculty is very good here and yes really it is because i got that in reality. The Girls of Devicharan's

I applied for J.B college/University. There is didn't admission due to high cut off system and caste reservation. I applied there for political science aswell. I also applied in bahona college there i got seat for English Hons. But I was not sure with English as my honours so I choosed DCB girls college and I got admission in my desired course. The cut off was not high, no entrances are held here. Teachers were helpful during the admission process.
