Course Curriculum Overview

4

The in going era of cse made me chose cse course We are in a good pace the curriculum is good but we face difficulties while completing a syllabus Like for us cse students we don't need few classes and few topics in mathematics and basic electric engineering The timings of each class is good and perfect but lunch break is too early it's at 11:45

Placement Experience

3

Students are eligible for placements from 3rd year if you are an intelligent one and a merit student the faculty offer your name to companies and you can also apply through college and share your ideas and skills Many companies come to our college but packages aren't too high and as we expect it all depends on our skills and i don't think there are many smart and genuis students in our college that's why 1 or 2 get packages above 24L They say 90% of them get placed but I think it's 75% or so i don't really know I will be knowing in coming years

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm P.Teja Reddy studying in malla Reddy engeneering college main campus right now the fee structure for everyone in cse is 1,15,000 and I have opted in ews category so i will be paying 80,100 and bus fee is seperate which is 40k The college good and decent and we have some weird restrictions like no jeans except Saturday and we have to wear uniforms 3 days in a week They even charge money for other certification courses which are compulsory Fee for c language was 600 and python also 600 and for BEC it's 1500 and and fir pps workshop 500 they it's only in first year

Campus Life

4

We have many events like at the starting of semister weekly we have 1 or 2 and many try to put food stalls to attract everyone Few events might prolong for 2 or 3 days they take us to auditorium give us some knowledge or make interact with some person in particular course idea or skill There is a thing called sac student association council it is conducted every Saturday where we go to our respective clubs and do our part it's actually fun

Admission

Actually I made into this college through cet called EAMCET, i thought it's quite easy to write this exam and I was originally prepering for jee mains i qualified for advance exam too but couldn't make it and lost interest and I just wrote EAMCET bcoz I had no other choice , I come under oc general category so I don't have reservation my rank is 28585 which is just an average rank I got csd in mrec college at first but I had ews certificate as my parents income is low and comes under ebc so I got cse in mrec college

Faculty

5

I subject one faculty for 64 students , we currently have 4 subjects so 4 faculties for our section it's all male faculty and for eng lab we have different faculty and for bee er have one more extra faculty to take care of the students in lab Overall everyone are intelligent and do their job in a great way our pps sir is my favourite Jagadeesh he is strict and cunning never lets anyone bunk but he is intelligent and he teaches pps c language very good and gives dailylife perfect examples while teaching

Night Life

4

There is a gym which is used by many local people, I'm a day scholar I didn't really go there , not even to library I had gone to library only twice we have library hour weekly once but it might be taken by any faculty if syllabus isn't completed and we even have a sports hour weekly once I didn't really experience night life , we actually had one 24hrs event which was a hackathon kujd if thing they stayed in college for 24hrs but I didn't participate as none of my friends were interested Cafeteria is decent , the new food contractor are very nice the food is good and tasty and adequate quantity We always chill in cafeteria most of the time it feels better than roaming here and there in campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

It has regulations which is very comprehensive in covering the theoretical and fundamental concept or aspects of the engineering subjects. It includes strong core foundation in math, phy and very imp programming languages i.e core subjects. It has a guaranteed university recogniton like JNTUH. It should be improved in the teaching methords and conduct more workshops so that it'll be a practical experience for students to learn best. Jntu correction scheme is very strict.

Placement Experience:

During 3-1 , we get only one internship i.e JPMC offering 75,000 per month which is of 3-month internship. Thhis year it took around 16 students. through coding round, hire vue interview and the hackathon process. I was selected to hackathon but sadly due to communication skills lack, I was not selected as intern , although I passed coding round, hire vue interview and entered hackathon. From 4-1 onwards we get placement oppurtunities like Deloitte, Chubb, oracle, DE Shaw, etc companies visit and offer good package only.

The best part of the college is its placement of the college. Almost all companies visit the campus, including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and almost all. The average percentage of the college is around 85 percent. In Chemical engineering, the placement is a little bit, it's around 90 percent. I'm planning for placements on the Software side.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is accurate and relevant as well. This helps the students to have good knowledge and grip on current scenarios, and it also helps to survive and get placement.Tge frequency of the exams is 45 or 50 days each. And it is not so difficult because the faculty teach in a proper and understandable way in which the students can understand and attempt the exams . Coming to teaching methods, every class is having a smart screen and projector as well for better understanding.
