Course Curriculum Overview
The information technology course is good and have a good scope in the feature and it is helpful in my skill development, i think the approach should be more practical and it should be focusing on industry needs
Placement Experience
Placements at Vasavi College of Engineering start from 6th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture visit. Highest package is about 15–20 LPA, average 4–6 LPA. Around 70–80% students get placed. I plan to improve skills and get a good technical role after graduation.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fee is 1,40,000 For obc,sc,st it it 1,05,000 The exam fees per semester is 3000 and for the for jee entry students the fee is 1,40,000 My fee is 1,05,000 I am getting a scholarship of 35,000 from 1,40,000 so iam paying 1,05,000
Campus Life
Campus life at Vasavi College of Engineering is active with Vasavi Fest (Feb) and Tech Fest (Jan). The library has wide books and journals. Classrooms are smart-enabled. Sports, NSS, technical and cultural clubs, and student portals enhance social and extracurricular life.
Faculty
The faculty is good and have a good amount of knowledge on the subject and they explain well ,I liked the teaching of our maths sudhakar sir he explains well I like all the teachers we have 2 internals for each sem and a semester end per semester, very less amount of students fail in the examinations
Night Life
We don't have hostel connected with the college so there is no gym we have canteen, cafeteria,and our college timings are 9:30 to 4:20 , we also have a small ground where we play volleyball, basketball, cricket
